【摘要】:隨著科技的不斷進(jìn)步與發(fā)展,交叉學(xué)科研究已經(jīng)日益成為國際尖端研究的趨勢(shì)。高校交叉學(xué)科研究的發(fā)展有力地促進(jìn)了高校優(yōu)勢(shì)學(xué)科資源的整合、研究人員的互補(bǔ)以及新的學(xué)科增長點(diǎn)的產(chǎn)生。交叉學(xué)科研究團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)是交叉學(xué)科發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),高水平的交叉學(xué)科研究團(tuán)隊(duì)能夠有效地提升高校科研競(jìng)爭力,近年來交叉學(xué)科研究團(tuán)隊(duì)的建設(shè)已經(jīng)取得了快速的發(fā)展。目前高校交叉學(xué)科研究團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀如何?受哪些因素的影響?團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)是否存在一定的規(guī)律性?這是本文對(duì)于高校交叉學(xué)科研究團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)主要的思考點(diǎn)和研究的問題。 本文采用文獻(xiàn)綜述法,對(duì)高校交叉學(xué)科建設(shè)的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了梳理,并基于組織理論中的權(quán)變理論、組織生命周期理論以及行為科學(xué)理論、系統(tǒng)管理理論、管理過程理論構(gòu)建了團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)研究框架。提煉出了團(tuán)隊(duì)發(fā)展推動(dòng)、制度、資源、管理、人員、開放性等六大主導(dǎo)因素。 采用探索性案例研究方法,基于理論框架的構(gòu)建,選取了浙江大學(xué)求是高等研究院、浙江加州國際納米研究院、美國伊利諾大學(xué)香檳分校-貝克曼研究所三個(gè)處于不同團(tuán)隊(duì)發(fā)展時(shí)期的交叉學(xué)科研究團(tuán)隊(duì)為案例研究的對(duì)象進(jìn)行分析。獲得了交叉學(xué)科團(tuán)隊(duì)發(fā)展路徑的一般模式與主導(dǎo)因素影響下的交叉學(xué)科團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)在不同時(shí)期的表現(xiàn)特征,并為交叉學(xué)科團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)中存在的問題以及可行的解決方案與措施進(jìn)行了歸納。
[Abstract]:With the continuous progress and development of science and technology, interdisciplinary research has increasingly become the trend of international cutting-edge research. The construction of cross-disciplinary research team is the basis of cross-disciplinary development. High-level cross-disciplinary research team can effectively enhance the competitiveness of scientific research in colleges and universities. In recent years, the construction of cross-disciplinary research team has made rapid development. What is the current situation of cross-disciplinary research team construction in colleges and universities? By what factors? Is there some regularity in team building? This is the main thinking point and research problem of the cross-disciplinary research team construction in colleges and universities. Based on the contingency theory, organizational life cycle theory, behavioral science theory and system management theory, this paper uses the literature review method to sort out the relevant theories of cross-disciplinary construction in colleges and universities, and based on the contingency theory, organizational life cycle theory and behavioral science theory, system management theory in the organization theory. The management process theory constructs the research framework of team building and abstracts six leading factors such as team development promotion system resources management personnel openness and so on. Based on the theoretical framework, Qiushi Institute of higher Studies of Zhejiang University, Zhejiang California Institute of International Nanotechnology is selected by the exploratory case study method. Three interdisciplinary research teams at the University of Illinois, Champaign and Beckman Institute in different periods of team development were analyzed as case studies. The general model of the development path of interdisciplinary teams was obtained. The performance characteristics of cross-disciplinary team building under the influence of leading factors in different periods. The problems existing in the construction of cross-disciplinary team and the feasible solutions and measures are summarized.
