【摘要】:高校實(shí)驗(yàn)室是科學(xué)研究的基地,是培養(yǎng)高等學(xué)校大學(xué)生實(shí)踐動(dòng)手能力的重要場(chǎng)所,隨著21實(shí)際高等教育的改革與發(fā)展,文科專業(yè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室的內(nèi)容不斷充實(shí),它和理科實(shí)驗(yàn)室一樣變得同樣重要、不可缺少。當(dāng)今的文科教學(xué)已經(jīng)不再是以往的“一支粉筆,一塊黑板”式教學(xué),文科專業(yè)學(xué)生同樣需要培養(yǎng)實(shí)踐動(dòng)手能力,同樣需要具備創(chuàng)新思維,文科專業(yè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室在全國(guó)各大高校已是不可缺少的一個(gè)部分。 本文以湖南省某高校(文中以C學(xué)院表示)為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其文科專業(yè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室的實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)流程進(jìn)行了研究。為了順應(yīng)時(shí)代的發(fā)展,滿足社會(huì)的需求,C學(xué)院自2002年以來(lái)對(duì)學(xué)校各方面進(jìn)行了很大的改革,其中就包括對(duì)各個(gè)系部的實(shí)驗(yàn)室進(jìn)行了大規(guī)模的建設(shè),尤其是針對(duì)文科專業(yè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室增加了很大的投入。C學(xué)院的文科專業(yè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室也因此獲得充足的資金得到了長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展,許多原本根本就沒(méi)有實(shí)驗(yàn)室的文科系部也都相繼建立起了功能比較完善的實(shí)驗(yàn)室。自2005年以后,C學(xué)院畢業(yè)的學(xué)生尤其是文科學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì)較以前有了很大的提高。但是由于文科專業(yè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室發(fā)展的過(guò)于迅速,而管理技術(shù)、人員配備沒(méi)有跟上,使得文科實(shí)驗(yàn)室在不少環(huán)節(jié)中暴露出了很多問(wèn)題,其中出現(xiàn)得最為重要的問(wèn)題就是實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)流程設(shè)計(jì)得不夠合理,使得實(shí)驗(yàn)室在實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)了人手不夠、設(shè)備故障、耗材浪費(fèi)、效率低下等現(xiàn)象,給實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)造成了不小的影響。 本文主要對(duì)C學(xué)院文科專業(yè)實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)流程進(jìn)行研究,運(yùn)用業(yè)務(wù)流程重組(Business Process Reengineering, BPR)理論,從文科專業(yè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室的工作流程設(shè)置、設(shè)備布局、設(shè)備維護(hù)路線等方面著手,找出其中存在的問(wèn)題并對(duì)其進(jìn)行分析,最后針對(duì)各個(gè)問(wèn)題對(duì)文科專業(yè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)流程進(jìn)行流程優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),以達(dá)到解決問(wèn)題的目的。經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)流程進(jìn)行流程再造,使得C學(xué)院文科專業(yè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室的實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)工作開(kāi)展得更加順利,充分利用有限的工作人員提高工作效率,減少不必要的浪費(fèi)。
[Abstract]:University laboratory is the base of scientific research, is an important place to cultivate college students practical ability, with the reform and development of the 21 practice of higher education, liberal arts laboratory continuously enrich the content, and its science laboratory become equally important, indispensable. Today's liberal arts teaching is no longer a piece of chalk in the past ", a blackboard" teaching, cultivating practical ability of arts students also need, also need to have innovative thinking, liberal arts laboratory in the major colleges and universities is an indispensable part.
In this paper, a University of Hunan province (with the C Institute said) as the research object, the liberal arts laboratory experimental teaching process is studied. In order to adapt to the development of the times, to meet the needs of the community, C college since 2002 on various aspects of school made great reform, including the Department of Department of Laboratory of large-scale construction, especially for the liberal arts laboratory increased a lot of investment at the.C School of liberal arts laboratory gets enough money has been considerable development, many of which have no laboratory of liberal arts departments have also established more perfect laboratory. Since 2005 C college students especially the comprehensive qualities of students of liberal arts are greatly improved. But due to the development of liberal arts laboratory too rapidly, and management technology, Personnel have not kept pace with, the laboratory of Liberal Arts in many aspects has exposed many problems, the most important problem is that the experimental teaching process design is not reasonable, the laboratory in the experimental teaching process there not enough manpower, equipment failure, material waste, low efficiency phenomenon, caused no small impact for the experimental teaching.
This paper focuses on the research of C College of liberal arts experimental teaching process, using business process reengineering (Business Process Reengineering, BPR) theory, setting, from the laboratory of liberal arts professional work process equipment layout, equipment maintenance and other aspects of the route, find out the existing problems and carries on the analysis, finally for each of the experimental teaching process liberal arts laboratory process optimization design, to achieve the purpose of solving the problem. After the experimental teaching process reengineering, the C College's liberal arts laboratory experimental teaching work more smoothly, make full use of the limited staff, improve work efficiency, reduce unnecessary waste.
