【摘要】：高校輔導(dǎo)員隊伍是高校學(xué)生工作的主力軍,是黨的理論知識和社會主義核心價值觀在高校學(xué)生中的傳播者,是高校學(xué)生思想動態(tài)和價值取向變化的第一感知者,是高校學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)、生活的輔導(dǎo)者,在大學(xué)生思想政治教育和日常管理工作中起著舉足輕重的作用。隨著經(jīng)濟社會和全球一體化的快速發(fā)展,高校學(xué)生的思想意識形態(tài)、價值取向和行為表現(xiàn)日漸多樣化,高校輔導(dǎo)員不再只局限于從事學(xué)生思想教育和行為管理工作,他還肩負(fù)著大學(xué)生的心理健康教育、法律事務(wù)咨詢、實踐能力培養(yǎng)和人生職業(yè)規(guī)劃等新時期賦予的新任務(wù)。因此,傳統(tǒng)的、“保姆式”的輔導(dǎo)員工作模式顯然已不能滿足大學(xué)生的多樣性需要。這種發(fā)展形勢迫切需要高校建立一支專業(yè)化、職業(yè)化的輔導(dǎo)員隊伍。高校輔導(dǎo)員隊伍專業(yè)化、職業(yè)化建設(shè),有利于高校輔導(dǎo)員工作隊伍的自身穩(wěn)定,促進這支隊伍的持續(xù)健康發(fā)展；有利于增強輔導(dǎo)員隊伍的專業(yè)素質(zhì),提升高校學(xué)生工作的整體水平,促進大學(xué)生全面健康發(fā)展；有利于高校內(nèi)部管理體制的改革與創(chuàng)新,促進高校內(nèi)部不同群體人員的和諧健康發(fā)展。本文從源頭上探尋了影響高校輔導(dǎo)員隊伍專業(yè)化、職業(yè)化的體制機制問題,對豐富高校管理理論、加強和改進輔導(dǎo)員隊伍建設(shè)等有一定的理論和實踐參考意義。本文主要采用文獻研究方法、經(jīng)驗研究方法、比較研究法和演繹歸納法等,通過對我國高校輔導(dǎo)員隊伍發(fā)展歷程回顧、高校輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)化和專業(yè)化內(nèi)涵界定、現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題分析以及與境內(nèi)外高校學(xué)生事務(wù)管理模式的比較,從解決問題本源和體制機制入手,大膽地提出了高校輔導(dǎo)員專業(yè)化、職業(yè)化建設(shè)方案,為我國高校輔導(dǎo)員隊伍建設(shè)提供了新的發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:College counselors are the main force in the work of college students, the spread of the Party's theoretical knowledge and socialist core values in college students, and the first perceiver of the changes in the ideological dynamics and value orientation of college students. It is a tutor for college students to study and live. It plays an important role in the ideological and political education and daily management of college students. With the rapid development of economic society and global integration. The ideological ideology, value orientation and behavior of college students are becoming more and more diverse. College counselors are not only engaged in the ideological education and behavior management, but also shoulder the mental health education of college students. The legal affairs consultation, the practice ability development and the life profession plan and so on new period entrusted new tasks. Therefore, the tradition. The "nanny-style" work model of counselors obviously can not meet the diverse needs of college students. This development situation urgently needs to establish a specialization in colleges and universities. Professional counselors team. The professionalization and professionalization construction of college counselors team is conducive to the stability of the college counselors team and promote the sustainable and healthy development of this team. It is beneficial to enhance the professional quality of counselors, to improve the overall level of student work in colleges and universities, and to promote the overall and healthy development of college students; It is beneficial to the reform and innovation of the internal management system of colleges and universities, and to promote the harmonious and healthy development of different groups of personnel in colleges and universities. The system mechanism of professionalization has certain theoretical and practical reference significance for enriching the management theory of colleges and universities and strengthening and improving the construction of counselors. This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature research and empirical research. Through reviewing the development process of college counselors in China, the author defines the connotation of professionalization and specialization of college counselors. Based on the analysis of the present situation and the existing problems and the comparison with the management mode of college student affairs at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the construction plan of professionalization and professionalization of college counselors boldly from the root of solving the problems and the system mechanism. It provides a new development direction for the construction of college counselors in our country.
