【摘要】：謀求可持續(xù)發(fā)展已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)今國際社會(huì)的共識(shí)。在教育發(fā)展方面,可持續(xù)發(fā)展教育思潮日益興起。本研究從可持續(xù)發(fā)展教育的角度來審視云南省高等教育的發(fā)展,從中發(fā)掘出了高等教育結(jié)構(gòu)方面存在的一些亟待改善之處,其中較為突出的一方面是高等教育科類結(jié)構(gòu)不合理。 本研究將落腳點(diǎn)立于云南省高等教育科類結(jié)構(gòu)上,主要研究內(nèi)容分為以下五個(gè)部分：首先是文獻(xiàn)研究,通過文獻(xiàn)法對近年來云南省高等教育結(jié)構(gòu)方面的研究進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)綜述；其次是歷史與現(xiàn)狀研究,從高等教育的主要指標(biāo)總結(jié)了云南省高等教育發(fā)展的狀況；第三是本研究的主體：科類結(jié)構(gòu)研究,以統(tǒng)計(jì)分析法對云南省2011年高等教育計(jì)劃招生的�？瓶祁�、本科科類以及研究生科類結(jié)構(gòu)分別進(jìn)行了研究；第四是個(gè)案研究,分別對云南省三所高校的�？普猩祁�、本科招生科類以及研究生招生科類進(jìn)行了分析；最后是科類結(jié)構(gòu)總結(jié)與策略提出,在比對分析了此三類教育層次科類結(jié)構(gòu)的特點(diǎn)、問題的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合云南省目前的社會(huì)政治經(jīng)濟(jì)文化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,從社會(huì)政治經(jīng)濟(jì)文化、高校以及人的可持續(xù)發(fā)展三方面對云南省高等教育科類結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的策略進(jìn)行了思考,提出了一些建議。 在高等教育科類發(fā)展的進(jìn)程中,每個(gè)地方都有其特殊需求,也具有其特色資源與優(yōu)勢地位。盲目追隨全國或者其他地區(qū)的發(fā)展模式只可能丟失自身的特色,浪費(fèi)了發(fā)展的獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢,這種發(fā)展模式會(huì)使得地方高等教育泯然于全國甚至落后于全國,非但高等教育自身難以實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,而且還會(huì)拖地方社會(huì)發(fā)展的后腿。因此,本文認(rèn)為,云南省獨(dú)特的地域優(yōu)勢、豐富的資源優(yōu)勢以及多樣的民族文化等決定了云南省可持續(xù)發(fā)展的思路應(yīng)當(dāng)是特色化、地方化的,也決定了高等教育科類結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)當(dāng)是多元性、可持續(xù)性的。
[Abstract]:The pursuit of sustainable development has become the consensus of the international community today. The trend of thought of sustainable development education is rising day by day. This study examines the development of higher education in Yunnan Province from the angle of sustainable development education, and finds out some urgent problems in the structure of higher education. One of the more prominent is the irrational structure of higher education. This study will focus on the structure of higher education in Yunnan Province, the main research content is divided into the following five parts: first, literature research. This paper systematically summarizes the research on the structure of higher education in Yunnan Province in recent years through the method of literature. Secondly, the history and current situation are studied, and the development of higher education in Yunnan Province is summarized from the main indicators of higher education. The third is the main body of this study: the study of the structure of the branch category, with the statistical analysis of the higher education program enrollment in 2011 in Yunnan Province, the specialized, undergraduate and graduate branches of the structure were studied; 4th is a case study, the three colleges and universities in Yunnan Province, the specialized enrollment of the subject, undergraduate enrollment and graduate students of the category were analyzed; Finally, the summary and strategy of the structure of the three types of education are put forward. On the basis of comparing and analyzing the characteristics and problems of the three levels of education, the author combines the current situation of social, political, economic and cultural development in Yunnan Province. In this paper, the strategies of adjusting the structure of higher education in Yunnan Province are considered from the aspects of social, political, economic and cultural, colleges and universities, and the sustainable development of human beings, and some suggestions are put forward. In the process of higher education development, each place has its special needs, but also has its unique resources and advantages. Blindly follow the development model of the whole country or other regions can only lose its own characteristics. Wasting the unique advantages of development, this development model will make local higher education to fall behind the whole country, not only the higher education itself is difficult to achieve sustainable development. And it will also delay the development of local society. Therefore, this paper believes that Yunnan Province has a unique regional advantage. The abundant resource superiority and the diverse national culture decide the thought of sustainable development of Yunnan Province should be characteristic, localization, and decide that the structure of higher education subject should be pluralistic and sustainable.
