【摘要】：大學(xué)生就業(yè)政策的合法性要求政策制定符合法定程序,政策內(nèi)容不與既有法律條文沖突,主要包括政策主體的合法性、政策程序的合法性和政策內(nèi)容的合法性。當(dāng)前我國(guó)的大學(xué)生就業(yè)政策在政策主體、政策程序和政策內(nèi)容的合法性上都存在一定的欠缺。提升大學(xué)生就業(yè)政策的合法性,需要從提升政策決策主體的合法權(quán)威和合格權(quán)威、提升政策程序的科學(xué)性與民主性、將政策內(nèi)容限定在既有的法律規(guī)定和原則之內(nèi)等幾個(gè)方面著手。
[Abstract]:The legitimacy of the employment policy for college students requires that the policy formulation conform to the legal procedures, and the content of the policy does not conflict with the existing legal provisions, mainly including the legitimacy of the policy subject. The legitimacy of policy procedure and the legitimacy of policy content. At present, the employment policy of college students in our country lies in the main body of policy. There are some deficiencies in the legitimacy of policy procedure and policy content. To promote the legitimacy of college students' employment policy, we need to enhance the legitimate authority and qualified authority of policy decision makers. In order to improve the scientific and democratic nature of policy procedure, the content of policy is limited to the existing legal provisions and principles.
