【摘要】：大學(xué)生健康成長(zhǎng)的引路人和指導(dǎo)者是高校輔導(dǎo)員,開展大學(xué)生思想政治教育的骨干力量同樣是高校輔導(dǎo)員。培養(yǎng)和教育社會(huì)主義事業(yè)合格可靠接班人和建設(shè)者,對(duì)高校輔導(dǎo)員的職業(yè)素質(zhì)要求很高。隨著社會(huì)形式的變化、發(fā)展,高等教育對(duì)輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍的整體素質(zhì)的要求越來越高。全面推進(jìn)高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍的職業(yè)化、專業(yè)化建設(shè),提高這支隊(duì)伍的整體素質(zhì),是當(dāng)前高校學(xué)生工作必須高度重視并重點(diǎn)解決的課題,是全面維護(hù)高校穩(wěn)定和有效提高大學(xué)生思想政治教育水平的長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制和組織保證。 本文以馬克思主義理論為指導(dǎo),遵循思想政治教育學(xué)科的基本理論,以當(dāng)前高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)中存在的突出問題為主要切入點(diǎn),在借鑒已有的研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,采用文獻(xiàn)研究法、調(diào)查研究法、比較研究法等方法,通過對(duì)其原因的歸納和分析,提出高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍職業(yè)化、專業(yè)化建設(shè)的方略,并結(jié)合其理論基礎(chǔ)和基本原則,對(duì)高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍職業(yè)化、專業(yè)化建設(shè)的工作途徑進(jìn)行了深入探索,為高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)提供了一條合理的發(fā)展思路。
[Abstract]:The guides and guides of the healthy growth of college students are university counselors, and the backbone of carrying out ideological and political education of college students is also college counselors. The cultivation and education of qualified and reliable successors and builders of socialist cause. With the change and development of the social form, the higher education demands the overall quality of the counselors more and more, and comprehensively promotes the professionalization of the counselors in colleges and universities. The construction of specialization and the improvement of the overall quality of this team are the subjects that must be highly valued and solved in the current work of students in colleges and universities. It is a long effective mechanism and organizational guarantee to maintain the stability of colleges and universities and effectively improve the level of ideological and political education of college students. Under the guidance of Marxist theory, this paper follows the basic theory of ideological and political education, and takes the outstanding problems existing in the construction of college counselors as the main breakthrough point. On the basis of the existing research results, using the methods of literature research, investigation research, comparative research and other methods, through the induction and analysis of its causes, this paper puts forward the professionalization of college counselors. The general plan of specialization construction, combined with its theory foundation and basic principle, has carried on the thorough exploration to the university counselor troop professionalization, the specialized construction work way. It provides a reasonable way of development for the construction of college counselors.
