【摘要】：近十年來,在國家積極鼓勵多種形式辦學(xué)和高校大幅度擴(kuò)招的背景下,我國高等教育得到了迅速發(fā)展。由普通高等院校按新機(jī)制和新模式創(chuàng)辦的獨立學(xué)院也得到了快速發(fā)展,伴隨著規(guī)模上的擴(kuò)大也導(dǎo)致了畢業(yè)人數(shù)不斷增加。同時受全球經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢的影響,國內(nèi)外許多企業(yè)紛紛縮小規(guī)模。人員招聘數(shù)量也相應(yīng)減少。在這種大環(huán)境的作用下大學(xué)生就業(yè)問題日益凸顯。面對這種情況,如何在保持目前辦學(xué)規(guī)模穩(wěn)步增長的前提下,推動獨立學(xué)院就業(yè)工作的開展,不斷提升獨立學(xué)院大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力,使其順利實現(xiàn)就業(yè)目標(biāo)已經(jīng)成為全社會普遍關(guān)注的一個重大問題。當(dāng)前獨立學(xué)院學(xué)生的就業(yè)目標(biāo)是否清晰,就業(yè)觀是否正確,就業(yè)能力是否得到鍛煉,相關(guān)專業(yè)技能是否扎實,都成為影響其就業(yè)目標(biāo)實現(xiàn)的主要因素。 本文主要在分析獨立學(xué)院學(xué)生的就業(yè)能力狀況的基礎(chǔ)上就如何提升學(xué)生就業(yè)能力的問題就行了研究。首先,對我國當(dāng)前獨立學(xué)院學(xué)生的就業(yè)能力狀況進(jìn)行了分析,歸納了獨立學(xué)院大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力的優(yōu)勢,指出了學(xué)生就業(yè)能力方面存在的不足,主要是理論知識較差,專業(yè)技能不強(qiáng)；心理負(fù)重、自卑心理較強(qiáng),缺乏良好的自我效能感；學(xué)習(xí)自主性差,依賴性強(qiáng)；職業(yè)生涯定位模糊,缺乏明確的就業(yè)目標(biāo)。同時,指出了影響大學(xué)生就業(yè)目標(biāo)實現(xiàn)的原因和社會原因。緊接著針對獨立學(xué)院學(xué)生就業(yè)能力不足,從加強(qiáng)內(nèi)部建設(shè),提升學(xué)院就業(yè)指導(dǎo)能力,多種舉措,提升獨立學(xué)院大學(xué)生的就業(yè)能力兩方面提出幾點策略,以多方位推動大學(xué)生就業(yè)工作的開展,促進(jìn)獨立學(xué)院畢業(yè)生就業(yè)能力的提高。
[Abstract]:In the past ten years, to encourage various forms of education and the university increased enrollment in the country under the background of higher education in China has been developing rapidly. The independent college founded by colleges and universities according to the new mechanism and new mode has also been a rapid development, with the expansion of the scale has also led to the increasing number of graduates. At the same time, the impact of the global economic situation, many domestic and foreign enterprises have reduced size. The number of staff recruitment is correspondingly reduced. In this environment, under the influence of the employment problem of college students has become increasingly prominent. In this situation, how to maintain a steady growth in the size of school premises under the employment of independent college development, increasing employment the ability of independent college students, to achieve the goal of employment has become a major issue of common concern of the whole society. The independent college students' employment goal is Whether it is clear, whether the employment outlook is correct, whether the employability is exercised or not, whether the related professional skills are solid or not has become the main factor affecting the realization of the employment goal.
In this paper, based on the analysis of the independent college students' employment ability on how to improve the students' employment ability problem is studied. First of all, on China's current situation of independent college students' employment ability is analyzed, summarizes the employment ability of independent college students, pointed out the shortcomings of students' employment ability. Is mainly theoretical knowledge poor professional skills is not strong; psychological burden, a strong inferiority complex, lack of good self-efficacy; learning autonomy, strong dependence; fuzzy positioning of occupation career, the lack of a clear career goal. At the same time, pointed out the reasons and social reasons for employment of College Students. Then aiming at the target the employment ability of independent college students, from strengthening the internal construction, enhance the ability of college employment guidance, a variety of initiatives to enhance independent college students employment ability of the two party Some strategies are put forward to promote the employment of college students in many directions and improve the employment ability of the graduates of independent colleges.
