本研究核心的主題是了解中國(guó)高等院校的成本結(jié)構(gòu)與效率理論與實(shí)際的基礎(chǔ).我們應(yīng)用許多有關(guān)產(chǎn)出參數(shù)來估計(jì)和推算全國(guó)各地區(qū)高等院校的成本結(jié)構(gòu)和效率.與此之外,我們產(chǎn)量涵數(shù)還加入代表高等院校質(zhì)量,時(shí)間和區(qū)域的影響.改革開放以來中國(guó)市場(chǎng)的高等院校的需求越來越大.另外政府其他部門對(duì)資金的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和需求都比較高因此政府要采取學(xué)費(fèi)的措施來彌補(bǔ)高等院校資金的缺陷.本研究對(duì)高等院校相關(guān)的問題進(jìn)行探討;目前中國(guó)高等院校本科和研究生基本情況如何?高等院;I資機(jī)制主要包括哪方面?政府資金和學(xué)費(fèi)各占多少百分率?中國(guó)高等院校成本上升基本原理和主要因素是什么?中國(guó)各地區(qū)高等院校成本結(jié)構(gòu)如何,其效率高低怎么樣?這為本研究要去解決核心的問題.從目標(biāo)來看本研究主要有五大主題; 第一,探索中國(guó)高等院校成本上升主要原因何在?這不僅讓我們更多了解高等院校成本上升的范圍和深度而且提供了與其他國(guó)家不同經(jīng)驗(yàn)可對(duì)比的平臺(tái).中國(guó)是否存在促進(jìn)高等院校成本上升特別的因素而且是什么因素?第二,中國(guó)改革開放政策與高等院校教育改革對(duì)高等院校成本上升起了什么作用?第三,中國(guó)個(gè)地區(qū)高等院校成本結(jié)構(gòu)和效率怎么樣?第四,中國(guó)各地區(qū)高等院校效率怎么樣?第五,進(jìn)行武...
