高校外語教師元認(rèn)知能力在其職業(yè)發(fā)展中的作用

自從美國認(rèn)知心理學(xué)家費(fèi)拉維爾在20世紀(jì)70年代首次提出“元認(rèn)知”(metacognition)這一概念以來,它的研究日漸受到重視。隨著研究的不斷深入,“教師元認(rèn)知”這一概念也開始引入語言學(xué)和外語教學(xué)領(lǐng)域,并引起廣泛關(guān)注。而“教師職業(yè)發(fā)展”作為研究教師自身專業(yè)的一項(xiàng)新興課題,目的是對(duì)外語教師的專業(yè)成長(zhǎng),心理成熟以及教育理論的形成作實(shí)質(zhì)性研究。從認(rèn)知角度來看,依靠教師的自身發(fā)展和信念,以及在教學(xué)前、中、后期的教學(xué)行為,教師元認(rèn)知和教師職業(yè)發(fā)展的契合點(diǎn)可以呈現(xiàn)。因此,研究目前高校外語教師專業(yè)發(fā)展中的教師元認(rèn)知能力現(xiàn)狀,并探究高校教師元認(rèn)知與教師職業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)系,對(duì)于改善高校外語教師專業(yè)發(fā)展質(zhì)量,提高外語教學(xué)質(zhì)量,促進(jìn)高校外語教師隊(duì)伍的發(fā)展是必要的并具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。除去導(dǎo)言和結(jié)論部分,論文主體共分三章。第一章介紹了本研究的背景、意義、研究問題、研究方法、以及論文結(jié)構(gòu)、定位了本研究的切入點(diǎn),闡明了本研究的必要性。第二章文獻(xiàn)回顧是本研究的理論基礎(chǔ),作者回顧了元認(rèn)知以及教師發(fā)展國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn),論述了教師元認(rèn)知和教師職業(yè)發(fā)展的產(chǎn)生、發(fā)展與基本理論,并回顧了國內(nèi)外的相關(guān)研究情況。與此同時(shí),粗略探究?jī)蓚(gè)概念...
