【摘要】：大學(xué)精神與大學(xué)尺度是一流大學(xué)軟實(shí)力建設(shè)的兩個必備要素。本文以加州大學(xué)伯克利分校的成長與發(fā)展為例,通過對伯克利成功發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗(yàn)分析以及筆者的近距離觀察,從大學(xué)精神的物化到大學(xué)尺度的規(guī)訓(xùn)兩個視角,探討成為一流大學(xué)必須具備的基本潛質(zhì),也反思了伯克利作為一流大學(xué)的無奈。本文還對今后中國大學(xué)的改革進(jìn)行了思考,并從經(jīng)費(fèi)多元、治理模式、精神再塑、知識創(chuàng)造四方面提出了中國大學(xué)的未來改革方向。
[Abstract]:The spirit of university and the scale of university are the two essential elements of the construction of the soft strength of the first-class university. This paper takes the growth and development of the University of California, Berkeley as an example. Through the analysis of the successful development of Berkeley and the close observation of the author, this paper discusses the essential potential to become a first-class university from the point of view of the physicalization of the university spirit to the college scale, and also reflects on Berkeley's inability to be a first-class university. This paper also thinks about the reform of Chinese university in the future, and puts forward the future reform direction of Chinese university from the aspects of diversified funds, governance mode, spiritual remaking and knowledge creation.
