【摘要】：目的探討影響中醫(yī)碩士研究生科研活動(dòng)積極性各因素的分布特征。方法將G大學(xué)全日制中醫(yī)碩士研究生為調(diào)查對(duì)象,采用"G大學(xué)中醫(yī)碩士研究生科研活動(dòng)狀況"調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,分年級(jí)抽樣調(diào)查,總結(jié)影響中醫(yī)碩士研究生科研活動(dòng)積極性各因素的分布特征。結(jié)果 133名調(diào)查對(duì)象中,大部分中醫(yī)碩士研究生愿意參加科研活動(dòng)(60.90%);中醫(yī)碩士研究生的科研信心不足,缺乏成就感是其參與科研活動(dòng)積極性低的主要內(nèi)部因素(47.37%);中醫(yī)碩士研究生科研經(jīng)費(fèi)不足是其參與科研活動(dòng)積極性低的主要外部因素(48.12%)及參與科研活動(dòng)存在的主要問(wèn)題(48.12%);培養(yǎng)制度不完善,課程與科研安排不科學(xué)是導(dǎo)致中醫(yī)碩士研究生參與科研活動(dòng)存在問(wèn)題的首要原因(56.39%);達(dá)到高�；蚩蒲袡C(jī)構(gòu)的硬性規(guī)定,獲得學(xué)歷學(xué)位是中醫(yī)碩士研究生參與科研活動(dòng)的主要目的(72.93%);穩(wěn)定研究生招生規(guī)模,提高入學(xué)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和生源質(zhì)量,是有利于中醫(yī)碩士研究生參與科研活動(dòng)的主要措施(54.89%)。結(jié)論基于此項(xiàng)調(diào)查,可初步總結(jié)出影響中醫(yī)碩士研究生參與科研活動(dòng)積極性的主要因素及各因素的分布特征,為建立更好的中醫(yī)碩士研究生培養(yǎng)模式提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the distribution characteristics of various factors affecting the enthusiasm of graduate students of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in scientific research. Methods the full-time graduate students of traditional Chinese medicine in G university were investigated by using the questionnaire of "status of scientific research activities of graduate students of traditional Chinese medicine". The distribution characteristics of various factors affecting the enthusiasm of graduate students of traditional Chinese medicine were summarized. Results of the 133 subjects, most of the graduate students of traditional Chinese medicine were willing to participate in scientific research activities (60.90%), and the lack of confidence and lack of achievement were the main internal factors (47.37%) of their low enthusiasm for participating in scientific research activities. The lack of scientific research funds for graduate students of traditional Chinese medicine is the main external factor (48.12%) for their low enthusiasm to participate in scientific research activities and the main problems existing in participating in scientific research activities (48.12%). The imperfection of the training system and the unscientific arrangement of courses and scientific research arrangements are the primary reasons for the problems existing in the participation of graduate students in scientific research activities of traditional Chinese medicine (56.39%). To achieve the hard regulations of colleges and universities or scientific research institutions, to obtain academic qualifications is the main purpose of Chinese medicine graduate students to participate in scientific research activities (72.93%), and to stabilize the enrollment scale of graduate students, improve the admission standard and the quality of students is the main measure to facilitate the participation of Chinese medicine graduate students in scientific research activities (54.89%). Conclusion based on this investigation, the main factors affecting the enthusiasm of postgraduates of traditional Chinese medicine to participate in scientific research activities and the distribution characteristics of each factor can be preliminarily summarized, which can provide the basis for the establishment of a better training model of graduate students of traditional Chinese medicine.
