我國新形勢下高校公民教育研究

【摘要】:公民教育,簡而言之就是通過教育讓公民具有現(xiàn)代公民知識和技能,培育公民的公民意識和道德意識,使公民成為擁有合格公民資質(zhì)的現(xiàn)代公民。公民教育是世界各國教育發(fā)展的大趨勢,也是我國新形勢下政治、經(jīng)濟和法治發(fā)展的客觀要求。培養(yǎng)適應(yīng)時代發(fā)展、我們的黨和國家所需要的合格現(xiàn)代公民,成為一項戰(zhàn)略任務(wù)和時代的主題。大學生是我國公民的重要組成部分,是我國的核心人力資源,是中國特色社會主義事業(yè)的建設(shè)者和接班人,是我國現(xiàn)代化事業(yè)的中堅力量。因此,提高高校公民教育的質(zhì)量,加強高校公民教育的研究就勢在必行。本文在厘清“公民”“公民教育”等概念的基礎(chǔ)上,鑒于對公民教育的歷史與現(xiàn)實的考慮,對我國新形勢下加強公民教育必要性的認識,,同時基于對國外公民教育實踐的考察,著力探討我國高校公民教育的建構(gòu)。全文的內(nèi)容主要分為四個部分。 一、厘清概念是研究的基礎(chǔ)和前提。因此,首先梳理公民及公民教育的歷史演進過程,并對公民、公民教育和高校公民教育的概念進行科學界定。 二、在勾勒我國新時期社會基本特征的基礎(chǔ)上,考察了新時期實施公民教育是必要性和可行性,旨在明確我國公民教育的現(xiàn)實基礎(chǔ)和未來方向。 三、對國外公民教育的理論與實踐的考察。本文選取了幾個典型的公民教育國家,對各國的目標、內(nèi)容、途徑與方法分別進行分析,主要目的在于建構(gòu)我國高校公民教育體系尋求理論與實踐的參照。 四、鑒于對公民教育歷史與現(xiàn)實的考慮和新時期我國公民教育的必要性認識,同時基于對國外公民教育的考察,最后一部分著力構(gòu)建我國公民教育體系。
[Abstract]:The civic education, in short, is to enable the citizen to have the knowledge and skill of the modern citizen through education, to cultivate the citizen consciousness and the moral consciousness of the citizen, and to make the citizen a modern citizen with the qualification of qualified citizens. On the basis of clarifying the concept of "citizen education", this paper, in view of the historical and realistic consideration of the citizen's education, the necessity of strengthening the civic education in the new situation of our country, and based on the investigation of the foreign citizen's education practice, The content of the full text is divided into four parts.
