【摘要】：大學(xué)生是中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義的建設(shè)者和接班人,我們黨和國(guó)家始終把加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育,培養(yǎng)有理想、有道德、有文化、有紀(jì)律的四有新人,作為一項(xiàng)艱巨的任務(wù)來抓。面對(duì)日益變化的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)環(huán)境,大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作面臨著新挑戰(zhàn)、新機(jī)遇,必須努力加強(qiáng)和完善環(huán)境的育人作用。相比以往的從經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化等宏觀環(huán)境研究思想政治教育環(huán)境,本文轉(zhuǎn)變視角,從更貼近實(shí)際、貼近生活,更具針對(duì)性的大學(xué)生思想政治教育微觀環(huán)境入手,從與大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)和生活息息相關(guān)的家庭環(huán)境、學(xué)校環(huán)境、同輩群體環(huán)境方面著手,分析微觀環(huán)境的內(nèi)涵、功能和存在的問題,提出優(yōu)化大學(xué)生思想政治教育微觀環(huán)境的具體措施,以期望通過微觀環(huán)境的優(yōu)化來使大學(xué)生不斷提高自身的科學(xué)文化素質(zhì)和思想政治素質(zhì),提高思想政治教育的針對(duì)性和實(shí)效性,從而進(jìn)一步拓展高校思想政治教育工作的新視野。 全文共分為五部分,第一部分為緒論,主要概括了本文研究的意義、背景和現(xiàn)狀；第二部分從大學(xué)生思想政治教育微觀環(huán)境的內(nèi)涵、特征等方面對(duì)高校思想政治教育微觀環(huán)境作了詳細(xì)的概述；第三部分對(duì)思想政治教育微觀環(huán)境的系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成和功能做出了科學(xué)的分析；第四部分主要對(duì)家庭環(huán)境、學(xué)校環(huán)境、同輩群體環(huán)境三方面建設(shè)中存在的問題進(jìn)行了深刻透析；第五部分根據(jù)微觀環(huán)境三方面存在的問題提出了優(yōu)化大學(xué)生思想政治教育的具體措施。
[Abstract]:College students are the constructors and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Our party and country have always taken strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of college students and cultivating four new people with ideals, morality, culture and discipline as an arduous task. In the face of the changing economic and social environment, the ideological and political education of college students is facing new challenges and opportunities, and efforts must be made to strengthen and perfect the educational role of the environment. Compared with the previous research on ideological and political education environment from the macro environment such as economy, politics, culture and so on, this paper changes the perspective, starts with the micro environment of ideological and political education of college students, which is closer to reality, close to life and more targeted, and analyzes the connotation, function and existing problems of microenvironment from the aspects of family environment, school environment and peer group environment, which are closely related to college students' study and life. This paper puts forward some concrete measures to optimize the micro environment of college students' ideological and political education, hoping that through the optimization of the micro environment, college students can constantly improve their own scientific and cultural quality and ideological and political quality, and improve the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political education, so as to further expand the new vision of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The full text is divided into five parts, the first part is the introduction, which mainly summarizes the significance, background and present situation of this study; the second part gives a detailed overview of the micro environment of ideological and political education in colleges and universities from the aspects of the connotation and characteristics of the micro environment of ideological and political education; the third part makes a scientific analysis of the systematic composition and function of the micro environment of ideological and political education. The fourth part mainly analyzes the problems existing in the construction of family environment, school environment and peer group environment; the fifth part puts forward the concrete measures to optimize the ideological and political education of college students according to the problems existing in the micro environment.
