提升廣州市民辦高校教務(wù)管理水平研究

【摘要】:民辦高校首先發(fā)源于人民生活相對富裕、經(jīng)濟發(fā)達的浙江、江蘇兩省,隨后迅速擴張到廣東沿海城市,尤其以廣州為先。近年來,隨著民辦高校的快速發(fā)展,廣州市民辦高校的數(shù)量和招生規(guī)模不斷擴大,民辦高等學(xué)校辦學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)日漸合理,教育特色日益明顯。民辦高校不斷地提升人才培養(yǎng)模式、科學(xué)研究水平和服務(wù)社會水平,進一步提升了我國高等教育國際競爭力。但是,廣州市民辦高校在教務(wù)管理的實踐中還存在一些不完善、不規(guī)范的地方,教務(wù)管理制度和教務(wù)管理方法已經(jīng)無法滿足培養(yǎng)完善型學(xué)生的要求,在理論上和實踐中還有許多問題需要進一步研究解決。因此,提升教務(wù)管理水平已成為廣州市民辦高校一種迫切的現(xiàn)實需要。 本文運用比較研究、調(diào)查分析、個案分析、文獻分析等方法,以提升廣州市民辦高校教務(wù)管理水平為研究對象,對國內(nèi)外教務(wù)管理及相關(guān)理論進行分析和比較,在借鑒發(fā)達國家和地區(qū)民辦高校教務(wù)管理的先進經(jīng)驗的基礎(chǔ)上,從廣州市民辦高校教務(wù)管理發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀、特點入手,通過對廣東技術(shù)師范學(xué)院天河學(xué)院的教務(wù)管理的個案研究分析,并結(jié)合筆者已有的教務(wù)管理經(jīng)驗,找出當(dāng)前廣州市民辦高校教務(wù)管理存在的主要問題及其原因,,探索提升廣州市民辦高校教務(wù)管理水平的思路與方法,并提出相應(yīng)的提升教務(wù)管理水平的建議,以期為規(guī)范廣州市民辦高校教務(wù)管理制度,促進民辦高校的教務(wù)管理水平和發(fā)展水平更上一個新臺階,進一步提升民辦高校的品牌提供一些有價值的參考。
[Abstract]:Private colleges and universities first originated from Zhejiang and Jiangsu provinces, where the people are relatively rich, and then expanded rapidly to Guangdong coastal cities, especially Guangzhou. In recent years, with the rapid development of private colleges and universities, the number and enrollment scale of private colleges and universities in Guangzhou continue to expand, the structure of private colleges and universities is becoming more and more reasonable, and the educational characteristics are becoming more and more obvious. Private colleges and universities continue to improve the talent training model, scientific research level and service social level, further enhance the international competitiveness of higher education in China. However, there are still some imperfections and norms in the practice of educational administration in private colleges and universities in Guangzhou. The educational administration management system and educational administration management methods can no longer meet the requirements of cultivating perfect students, and there are still many problems to be further studied and solved in theory and practice. Therefore, improving the level of educational administration has become an urgent practical need of private colleges and universities in Guangzhou. By using the methods of comparative research, investigation and analysis, case analysis and literature analysis, this paper takes improving the level of educational administration management of private colleges and universities in Guangzhou as the research object, analyzes and compares the educational administration management and related theories at home and abroad, and on the basis of drawing lessons from the advanced experience of educational administration management of private colleges and universities in developed countries and regions, starts with the present situation and characteristics of the development of educational administration management of private colleges and universities in Guangzhou. Through the case study and analysis of the educational administration management of Tianhe College of Guangdong normal University of Technology, and combined with the author's existing experience of educational administration management, this paper finds out the main problems existing in the educational administration management of Guangzhou private colleges and universities and their causes, explores the ideas and methods of improving the educational administration management level of Guangzhou private colleges and universities, and puts forward some corresponding suggestions for improving the educational administration management level, in order to standardize the educational administration management system of Guangzhou private colleges and universities. To promote the level of educational administration and development of private colleges and universities to a new level, to further enhance the brand of private colleges and universities to provide some valuable reference.
