高等教育大眾化背景下大學(xué)生法紀教育研究

【摘要】:高等教育大眾化是我國高等教育自身發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實需要,是順應(yīng)世界高等教育發(fā)展的必然選擇。大學(xué)生法紀教育是高校思想政治教育和素質(zhì)教育的重要內(nèi)容和任務(wù)。高等教育大眾化階段有著許多與精英教育階段不同的特征,這些特征要求大學(xué)生法紀教育的目標、內(nèi)容、方法等作出相應(yīng)調(diào)整。在高等教育大眾化背景下,加強和改進大學(xué)生法紀教育對于提高大學(xué)生法紀教育實效性具有重要意義。 本文首先介紹高等教育大眾化的內(nèi)涵及我國高等教育大眾化的理論和政策,在整體把握高等教育大眾化的基礎(chǔ)上,通過比較研究法,比較大學(xué)生法紀教育和大學(xué)生法制教育的內(nèi)涵和外延,闡述大學(xué)生法紀教育的具體涵義、基本特點和現(xiàn)實意義。其次,通過文獻研究法和問卷調(diào)查法,深入了解高等教育大眾化背景下大學(xué)生法紀教育的政策制度、組織實施、條件建設(shè)和教育效果,重點查找和總結(jié)當前大學(xué)生法紀教育存在的問題及其產(chǎn)生原因。再次,縱觀大學(xué)生法紀教育現(xiàn)狀,找準高等教育大眾化與大學(xué)生法紀教育的契合點,探尋高等教育大眾化背景下大學(xué)生法紀教育面臨的新形勢、新特點和新任務(wù)。最后,針對大學(xué)生法紀教育存在的問題及高等教育大眾化給大學(xué)生法紀教育帶來的挑戰(zhàn),通過綜合分析法,提出增強大學(xué)生法紀教育實效性的諸多方法和途徑,,主要包括明確大學(xué)生法紀教育原則,完善大學(xué)生法紀教育師資,拓展大學(xué)生法紀教育渠道,創(chuàng)新大學(xué)生法紀教育模式,優(yōu)化大學(xué)生法紀教育評估,凈化大學(xué)生法紀教育環(huán)境等。
[Abstract]:The popularization of higher education is the realistic need of the development of higher education in our country and the inevitable choice to conform to the development of higher education in the world. The law and discipline education of college students is an important content and task of ideological and political education and quality education in colleges and universities. The popular stage of higher education has many different characteristics from the elite education stage, which require the goal, content and method of college students' law and discipline education to be adjusted accordingly. Under the background of the popularization of higher education, it is of great significance to strengthen and improve the law and discipline education of college students in order to improve the effectiveness of law and discipline education of college students. This paper first introduces the connotation of the popularization of higher education and the theory and policy of the popularization of higher education in our country. On the basis of grasping the popularization of higher education as a whole, through the method of comparative study, This paper compares the connotation and extension of the law and discipline education of college students and the legal education of college students, and expounds the concrete meaning, basic characteristics and practical significance of the law and discipline education of college students. Secondly, through the method of literature research and questionnaire survey, we can deeply understand the policy system, organization and implementation, condition construction and educational effect of college students' law and discipline education under the background of the popularization of higher education. This paper focuses on finding and summing up the existing problems and causes of law and discipline education for college students. Thirdly, looking at the present situation of college students' law and discipline education, finding out the coincidence point between the popularization of higher education and the law and discipline education of college students, and exploring the new situation, new characteristics and new tasks of college students' law and discipline education under the background of the popularization of higher education. Finally, in view of the problems existing in college students' law and discipline education and the challenges brought by the popularization of higher education to college students' law and discipline education, through the comprehensive analysis method, this paper puts forward many methods and ways to enhance the effectiveness of college students' law and discipline education. It mainly includes defining the principles of law and discipline education of college students, perfecting the teachers of law and discipline education of college students, expanding the channels of law and discipline education of college students, innovating the mode of law and discipline education of college students, optimizing the evaluation of law and discipline education of college students, purifying the environment of law and discipline education of college students, and so on.
