中小學(xué)班級管理應(yīng)有的理念

【摘要】:班級是學(xué)校的基本單位,研究班級管理是對學(xué)校管理的類似元素的分析。班級管理是教育管理的重要維度,班級管理理念是教育理念的具體呈現(xiàn),二者互相交融,共同展現(xiàn)著教育精神。 本文在結(jié)合教育實(shí)際的基礎(chǔ)上,基于“以人為本、以情促管、權(quán)衡、愿景”四個維度對班級管理應(yīng)有的理念進(jìn)行了相關(guān)探討。 一是從認(rèn)識人的角度,試圖探討正確的班主任觀、學(xué)生觀,以及如何建立良好師生關(guān)系;并且從觀念上對于班級管理與建設(shè)、構(gòu)建管理合力等進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步的探索。并指出,正確的班主任教師觀,應(yīng)當(dāng)重視新穎靈活、協(xié)調(diào)、勤勞等特點(diǎn),重視發(fā)揮其綜合效能的工作作用等,正確的學(xué)生觀應(yīng)該重視學(xué)生的特點(diǎn):主體性、獨(dú)特性、發(fā)展性,及其對于建立良好師生關(guān)系的影響作用。 二是強(qiáng)調(diào)情感教育對于管理班級的重要作用,探討教師的情感特點(diǎn)和情感修煉,分析教師尊重和賞識學(xué)生的態(tài)度及其重要作用,包括學(xué)生的自律和積極情感態(tài)度的內(nèi)化等。情感態(tài)度教育不僅要愛學(xué)生,尊重、激勵、賞識學(xué)生,而且還要把關(guān)愛學(xué)生與嚴(yán)格要求學(xué)生相統(tǒng)一,進(jìn)行必要的批評懲戒,但不采用語言暴力等有損學(xué)生身心健康的懲戒方式。 三是從方法論的角度探討掌握管理權(quán)衡,把握好主體和主導(dǎo)的師生關(guān)系,重視管理的適度與學(xué)生的角色適應(yīng)等,統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)各項(xiàng)工作,善于學(xué)習(xí)先進(jìn)的管理,,靈活運(yùn)用,有所側(cè)重,不能片面追求管理至上,善于用好辯證方法。 四是在理想價值觀上要立足于學(xué)生發(fā)展,淡化功利,回歸生活化、自然化的教育,要追求教育智慧,追求學(xué)生的發(fā)展,同時促進(jìn)教師成長,升華教育的境界。 本文通過對于當(dāng)下中小學(xué)班級管理狀況的觀察以及相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料的分析,認(rèn)為要轉(zhuǎn)變并樹立全新的教育理念,就必須用先進(jìn)的理念指導(dǎo)班級管理實(shí)踐,進(jìn)而提升班級管理者的理論素養(yǎng),為中小學(xué)教師實(shí)施班級管理提供建設(shè)性意見,最終創(chuàng)設(shè)和諧的育人氛圍。
[Abstract]:Class is the basic unit of the school, and the study of class management is the analysis of similar elements of school management. Class management is an important dimension of educational management, and the concept of class management is the concrete presentation of educational ideas. the two blend with each other and show the spirit of education together. On the basis of combining the educational practice, this paper discusses the concept of class management based on the four dimensions of "people-oriented, emotional management, trade-off, vision". First, from the perspective of understanding people, try to explore the correct view of class teacher, students, and how to establish a good relationship between teachers and students, and from the concept of class management and construction, the construction of management joint force and so on to carry on the further exploration. It is pointed out that the correct view of teachers in charge of class should attach importance to the characteristics of novelty and flexibility, coordination and diligence, and to the work function of giving full play to its comprehensive efficiency, and the correct view of students should attach importance to the characteristics of students: subjectivity, uniqueness and development. And its influence on the establishment of good teacher-student relationship. The second is to emphasize the important role of emotional education in the management of classes, to explore teachers' emotional characteristics and emotional practice, and to analyze teachers' respect and appreciation of students' attitude and its important role, including the internalization of students' self-discipline and positive emotional attitude. Emotional attitude education should not only love students, respect, encourage and appreciate students, but also unify caring for students with strict requirements, carry out necessary criticism and punishment, but do not adopt verbal violence and other disciplinary methods harmful to students' physical and mental health. Third, from the perspective of methodology, we should explore and master the management trade-offs, grasp the subject and leading teacher-student relationship, attach importance to the moderate adaptation of management to the role of students, coordinate all kinds of work, be good at learning advanced management, and use it flexibly. Some emphasis, can not one-sided pursuit of management first, good at using dialectical methods. Fourth, in the ideal values should be based on the development of students, dilute utilitarian, return to life, naturalized education, the pursuit of educational wisdom, the pursuit of students' development, while promoting the growth of teachers, sublimation of the realm of education. Through the observation of the current class management in primary and secondary schools and the analysis of the relevant literature, this paper holds that in order to change and establish a new educational concept, we must use advanced ideas to guide the practice of class management. Then improve the theoretical literacy of class managers, provide constructive suggestions for primary and secondary school teachers to implement class management, and finally create a harmonious educational atmosphere.
