【摘要】：高校學(xué)生事務(wù)管理是高等教育管理中極為重要的部分,其管理效率和效果在一定程度上影響高校各項工作的開展。當(dāng)今時代網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息化的普及,為學(xué)生事務(wù)管理信息化提供了新的思路。從系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建的必要性出發(fā),結(jié)合現(xiàn)有高校學(xué)生事務(wù)管理信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)經(jīng)驗,在分析高校學(xué)生事務(wù)管理現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,厘清高校信息化建設(shè)的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機(jī)遇和威脅,構(gòu)建高校學(xué)生事務(wù)管理信息系統(tǒng)的理論框架,包含高校學(xué)生事務(wù)管理信息系統(tǒng)的概要設(shè)計、模塊設(shè)計、流程管理,有利于為高校學(xué)生事務(wù)管理信息化建設(shè)提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:The management of student affairs in colleges and universities is a very important part of higher education management, and its management efficiency and effect affect the development of all kinds of work in colleges and universities to a certain extent. The popularization of network informatization in today's times provides a new way of thinking for the informatization of student affairs management. Starting from the necessity of system construction, combined with the experience of the construction of student affairs management information system in colleges and universities, on the basis of analyzing the present situation of student affairs management in colleges and universities, this paper clarifies the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of information construction in colleges and universities. The construction of the theoretical framework of the student affairs management information system in colleges and universities, including the outline design, module design and process management of the student affairs management information system in colleges and universities, is helpful to provide reference for the information construction of student affairs management in colleges and universities.
