麻省理工學(xué)院專職科研人員與專任教師的對(duì)比研究

【摘要】:以麻省理工學(xué)院為例,通過(guò)對(duì)該校專職科研人員和專任教師在結(jié)構(gòu)、任用、晉升、考核和薪酬體系等方面的比較研究,為我國(guó)高校建設(shè)專職科研人員隊(duì)伍提供借鑒。麻省理工學(xué)院的專職科研人員在人數(shù)比例上大于該校專任教師,其體系成熟且分類細(xì)致,在任用、晉升、考核和薪酬體系方面與專任教師均有所區(qū)別。在我國(guó)高校中,對(duì)科研經(jīng)費(fèi)使用比例的規(guī)定在一定程度上使得專職科研人員隊(duì)伍的建設(shè)受限。因此,要建立一支大規(guī)模和高水平的專職科研隊(duì)伍,在充實(shí)科研財(cái)力的基礎(chǔ)上還需要配套完善相應(yīng)的經(jīng)費(fèi)管理機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Taking MIT as an example, this paper provides a reference for the construction of full-time scientific research personnel in China through a comparative study of the structure, appointment, promotion, assessment and salary system of full-time researchers and full-time teachers. The number of full-time researchers at MIT is larger than that of full-time teachers, and its system is mature and meticulous, which is different from that of full-time teachers in terms of appointment, promotion, assessment and salary system. In colleges and universities of our country, the regulation of the proportion of scientific research funds makes the construction of full-time scientific research personnel limited to a certain extent. Therefore, in order to establish a large-scale and high-level full-time scientific research team, it is necessary to perfect the corresponding fund management mechanism on the basis of enriching the scientific research financial resources.
