【摘要】：《高等學(xué)校學(xué)術(shù)委員會規(guī)則》是由教育部在自身權(quán)限內(nèi)發(fā)布的教育規(guī)章,是規(guī)范高等學(xué)校學(xué)術(shù)委員會設(shè)立、運(yùn)行、管理與監(jiān)督的準(zhǔn)則,也是指導(dǎo)高等學(xué)校制定、審議、修訂、核準(zhǔn)與備案本校學(xué)術(shù)委員會章程的準(zhǔn)則,按照總則、分則加附則的體例設(shè)計,以"章—節(jié)—條—款"的形式予以展開,核心內(nèi)容包括七項(xiàng):一是高等學(xué)校學(xué)術(shù)委員會建設(shè)的政策與法律依據(jù);二是高等學(xué)校學(xué)術(shù)委員會的性質(zhì);三是高等學(xué)校學(xué)術(shù)委員會章程制定規(guī)則;四是高等學(xué)校學(xué)術(shù)委員會組織機(jī)構(gòu)建設(shè)規(guī)則;五是高等學(xué)校學(xué)術(shù)委員會職責(zé)規(guī)則;六是高等學(xué)校學(xué)術(shù)委員會人員組成規(guī)則;七是高等學(xué)校學(xué)術(shù)委員會工作規(guī)則。
[Abstract]:The "rules of academic Committee of Colleges and Universities" is an educational regulation issued by the Ministry of Education within its own jurisdiction, a criterion for standardizing the establishment, operation, management, and supervision of academic committees of institutions of higher learning, and it also guides institutions of higher learning in formulating, reviewing, and revising. The guidelines for the approval and filing of the statutes of the academic Committee of the University shall be carried out in the form of "Chapter-Section-Article-paragraph" in accordance with the general rules, sub-provisions and by-laws. The core content includes seven items: first, the policy and legal basis of the construction of academic committee of colleges and universities; The second is the nature of the academic committee of institutions of higher learning; the third is the rules for formulating the statutes of academic committees of colleges and universities; the fourth is the rules for the construction of organizational institutions of academic committees of colleges and universities; Sixth, the rules of personnel composition of academic committees of colleges and universities, and the rules of work of academic committees of colleges and universities.
