大學(xué)生思想政治教育中情感教育研究

【摘要】:情感是人類社會生存和發(fā)展的重要組成部分,也是人類自身發(fā)展的重要力量之一。而情感的健康發(fā)展離不開教育,情感教育作為完整教育過程中的有機(jī)組成部分,能夠使學(xué)生在愉快的氛圍中接受教育,能夠培養(yǎng)學(xué)生良好的情感素養(yǎng)和高尚的道德情操,從而提高教育的有效性。但一直以來,在傳統(tǒng)教育模式的影響下,人們關(guān)注的往往是學(xué)生的知識水平,教育工作者片面的強(qiáng)調(diào)理論知識的灌輸,而忽視了對學(xué)生的情感教育。大學(xué)生是一個善于接納新事物、新觀念、新思想的情感豐富卻波動性很大的特殊受教育者,因此,在大學(xué)生的思想政治教育中重視情感教育的應(yīng)用尤為重要。文章嘗試探討我國大學(xué)生思想政治教育中情感教育的實施情況,重點分析大學(xué)生思想政治教育中情感教育面臨的問題與挑戰(zhàn)以及產(chǎn)生問題的原因,努力探尋大學(xué)生思想政治教育中情感教育實施的有效途徑,為進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生的思想政治教育工作,,增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生思想政治教育的實效性,促進(jìn)大學(xué)生全面健康的成長提供有價值的參考意見。 本文從三個方面對大學(xué)生思想政治教育中的情感教育做了闡述: 第一部分通過心理學(xué)、教育學(xué)、社會學(xué)等學(xué)科中對于情感以及情感教育的定義,引出大學(xué)生思想政治教育中情感教育的具體含義、所具備的特征以及它在大學(xué)生思想政治教育中的重要意義,進(jìn)而肯定重視大學(xué)生思想政治教育中情感教育的重要性。 第二部分主要分析了大學(xué)生思想政治教育中情感教育面臨的困難與挑戰(zhàn)以及造成問題的原因,主要是思想政治教育工作者本身的局限,在以往的思想政治教育過程中重視理論的灌輸而忽略了大學(xué)生本身的情感需要,以及教育過程中內(nèi)容不全面,方法單一,從而導(dǎo)致思想政治教育工作舉步維艱。 第三部分主要針當(dāng)今大學(xué)生思想政治教育中情感教育存在的問題提出相應(yīng)的對策,從轉(zhuǎn)變觀念、豐富內(nèi)容和創(chuàng)新方法三方面進(jìn)行論述。做到與時俱進(jìn),充分利用現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù),創(chuàng)造良好的校園文化氛圍,提高教育質(zhì)量,完善大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作。
[Abstract]:Emotion is not only an important part of the survival and development of human society, but also one of the important forces of human development. The healthy development of emotion is inseparable from education. As an organic part of the complete education process, emotional education can make students receive education in a pleasant atmosphere, and can cultivate students' good emotional accomplishment and noble moral sentiment. So as to improve the effectiveness of education. However, under the influence of traditional educational model, people always pay attention to the level of students' knowledge. Educators emphasize the inculcating of theoretical knowledge one-sidedly, but ignore the emotional education of students. College students are a special educatee who is good at accepting new things, new ideas, new thoughts and rich emotions but fluctuating a lot. Therefore, it is very important to attach importance to the application of emotional education in the ideological and political education of college students. This article attempts to probe into the implementation of emotional education in ideological and political education of college students in China, focusing on the analysis of the problems and challenges faced by emotional education in ideological and political education of college students as well as the reasons for the problems. In order to further strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of college students and to enhance the effectiveness of the ideological and political education of college students, we will make great efforts to explore the effective ways of carrying out emotional education in the ideological and political education of college students. To promote the overall and healthy growth of college students to provide valuable reference. This paper expounds the emotional education in college students' ideological and political education from three aspects: the first part defines emotion and emotional education through psychology, pedagogy, sociology and other disciplines. This paper introduces the specific meaning of emotional education in college students' ideological and political education, its characteristics and its significance in the ideological and political education of college students, and further affirms the importance of attaching importance to emotional education in college students' ideological and political education. The second part mainly analyzes the difficulties and challenges faced by emotional education in college students' ideological and political education and the causes of the problems, mainly the limitations of the ideological and political educators themselves. In the process of ideological and political education in the past, we attach importance to the instillation of theory but ignore the emotional needs of college students themselves, as well as the incomplete content and single method in the process of education, which leads to the difficult work of ideological and political education. The third part mainly points out the problems existing in emotional education in the ideological and political education of college students and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, which are discussed from three aspects: changing ideas, enriching contents and innovating methods. To keep pace with the times, make full use of modern educational technology, create a good campus cultural atmosphere, improve the quality of education, improve the ideological and political education of college students.
