【摘要】：大學(xué)章程是大學(xué)"憲章"和"基本法",從根本上確立大學(xué)的管理體制和治理結(jié)構(gòu)。大學(xué)內(nèi)部治理是大學(xué)章程的具體貫徹層面,需要在大學(xué)章程的規(guī)范和約束下,通過科學(xué)明晰的權(quán)力分配和運行規(guī)范,獲得大學(xué)章程的肯定和支持,以增強大學(xué)治理結(jié)構(gòu)的正當(dāng)性與合理性。
[Abstract]:The constitution of the university is the Charter and the basic Law of the university, which fundamentally establishes the administrative system and the governing structure of the university. The internal governance of the university is the concrete implementation level of the university charter. It is necessary to obtain the affirmation and support of the university charter through the scientific and clear power distribution and operation norms under the norms and constraints of the university charter.
