【摘要】：從1999年我國高校擴招開始,畢業(yè)生數(shù)量快速增加,畢業(yè)生就業(yè)問題成為整個社會關注的焦點問題。畢業(yè)生就業(yè)問題是一個綜合性問題,如長期得不到有效解決,將會對社會的穩(wěn)定、高等教育的發(fā)展以及畢業(yè)生個人價值的實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)生消極影響。鑒于此,本文基于相關理論,采用問卷調(diào)查法、定量分析法、實證分析法和規(guī)范分析法,分析了河北省2014屆高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,并對影響畢業(yè)生就業(yè)的因素進行了探討,提出了促進河北省畢業(yè)生充分就業(yè)的對策。首先,確定研究內(nèi)容和介紹相關理論。通過分析國內(nèi)外針對畢業(yè)生就業(yè)的研究,并對高校畢業(yè)生、就業(yè)等基本概念進行界定,同時以奧肯定律、凱恩斯就業(yè)理論等相關理論為指導,為后續(xù)研究奠定了理論基礎。其次,分析河北省2014屆高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀。通過對河北省2014屆高校畢業(yè)生的調(diào)查問卷進行數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計,從畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)狀況和就業(yè)觀念兩方面分析了河北省2014屆高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀。再次,探討畢業(yè)生就業(yè)的影響因素。從宏觀角度對我國社會經(jīng)濟因素和河北省本土因素進行分析,并基于調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)從微觀角度采取回歸分析對個人和家庭因素進行定量分析,為促進畢業(yè)生充分就業(yè)提供合理化的科學依據(jù)。最后,提出促進畢業(yè)生充分就業(yè)的對策。針對影響畢業(yè)生就業(yè)的因素以及河北省的基本情況,從政府、社會、高校、個人和家庭出發(fā),就如何促進河北省高校畢業(yè)生充分就業(yè)提出相應的對策建議。
[Abstract]:Since 1999, the number of graduates has increased rapidly, and the employment of graduates has become the focus of the whole society. Graduate employment is a comprehensive problem. If it is not solved effectively for a long time, it will have a negative impact on the stability of society, the development of higher education and the realization of graduates' personal value. In view of this, based on the relevant theories, this paper analyzes the employment status of the 2014 college graduates in Hebei Province by means of questionnaire survey, quantitative analysis, empirical analysis and normative analysis, and probes into the factors that affect the employment of graduates. This paper puts forward the countermeasures to promote the full employment of graduates in Hebei province. First of all, determine the research content and introduce the relevant theory. By analyzing the domestic and foreign research on graduates' employment, and defining the basic concepts of college graduates, employment and so on, under the guidance of Okken's law, Keynes's employment theory and other related theories, it lays a theoretical foundation for the follow-up research. Secondly, this paper analyzes the employment status of the 2014 college graduates in Hebei Province. Through the data statistics of the questionnaire of 2014 college graduates in Hebei Province, this paper analyzes the employment status of the 2014 college graduates in Hebei Province from the two aspects of the employment status and the employment concept of the graduates. Thirdly, this paper discusses the influencing factors of graduates' employment. This paper analyzes the socio-economic factors and the local factors in Hebei province from the macro point of view, and carries on the quantitative analysis to the individual and the family factors from the microcosmic angle by the regression analysis based on the survey data. In order to promote the full employment of graduates to provide a reasonable scientific basis. Finally, the countermeasures to promote the full employment of graduates are put forward. In view of the factors affecting graduates' employment and the basic situation of Hebei Province, from the point of view of government, society, universities, individuals and families, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to promote the full employment of college graduates in Hebei Province.
