【摘要】：正常的人際交往和良好的人際關系是一個社會人身心健康、事業(yè)成功的關鍵。大學生,作為社會的一個特殊群體,不僅是中國特色社會主義事業(yè)的建設者和接班人,也是我國民族振興的后備力量。四個多樣化的出現(xiàn)和世界觀、人生觀、價值觀對當代大學生思想觀念的碰撞和沖擊,對他們的交往觀念和行為產(chǎn)生了不良影響。面對新情況和產(chǎn)生的新問題,對當代大學生加強交往觀教育研究,具有十分重要的理論和現(xiàn)實意義。從理論意義上看,當代大學生交往觀教育屬于思想政治工作的一個重要版塊,有利于豐富思想政治教育的內(nèi)容,完善思想政治教育這門學科。從現(xiàn)實意義上看,有利于將理論研究上升到現(xiàn)實層面,更好的結合當代大學生交往實際,不斷增進大學生交往意識,提高大學生交往能力,從而更好地促進他們的全面發(fā)展和成才 為了更好的了解當代大學生的人際交往情況,本論文運用思想政治教育學科的基本理論,對湖南省三所高校的大學生進行抽樣問卷調(diào)查和現(xiàn)場訪談,獲得了關于當代大學生交往情況的資料,并進行數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng)分析,概括了當代大學生交往的特征,并制定相關措施解決當代大學生交往中出現(xiàn)的不良問題。 本文由引言、正文、結語三個部分組成。正文包括三章。第一章主要從思想政治教育的重要任務、大學生成長成才的內(nèi)在要求、提升大學生交往能力的迫切需要這三個方面講述了加強大學生交往觀教育的必要性。第二章主要從交往目的的功利性、交往對象的廣泛性、交往方式的多樣性、交往環(huán)境的復雜性這四個層面講述了當代大學生交往的特征。第三章主要是從擺正大學生交往觀教育的地位、豐富大學生交往觀教育的內(nèi)容、創(chuàng)新大學生交往觀教育的方法、拓寬大學生交往觀教育的載體、優(yōu)化大學生交往觀教育的環(huán)境這五個方面闡述了加強當代大學生交往觀教育的路徑選擇。
[Abstract]:Normal interpersonal communication and good interpersonal relationship is the key to the success of a social person's physical and mental health and career. College students, as a special group of society, are not only the builders and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics, but also the reserve forces for national rejuvenation. The collision and impact of the four diverse world outlook, life outlook, and values on contemporary college students' ideas have had a negative impact on their communication ideas and behaviors. In the face of the new situation and new problems, it is of great theoretical and practical significance for the contemporary college students to strengthen the educational research of the concept of communication. From the theoretical point of view, the communication education of contemporary college students belongs to an important section of ideological and political work, which is conducive to enriching the content of ideological and political education and perfecting the subject of ideological and political education. From the realistic point of view, it is beneficial to raise the theoretical research to the realistic level, to combine the contemporary college students' communication reality better, to continuously improve the college students' communication consciousness and to improve the college students' communication ability. So as to better promote their all-round development and talents in order to better understand the interpersonal situation of contemporary college students, this paper uses the basic theory of ideological and political education. This paper makes a sample survey and on-the-spot interview of college students from three universities in Hunan province, obtains the data about the communication of contemporary college students, and makes a systematic analysis of the data, summarizes the characteristics of the communication of the contemporary college students. And formulate relevant measures to solve the problems arising in the communication of contemporary college students. This paper consists of three parts: introduction, text and conclusion. The text consists of three chapters. The first chapter mainly discusses the necessity of strengthening the communication education of college students from three aspects: the important task of ideological and political education, the inherent requirements of college students' growing up and becoming talents, and the urgent need to improve their communication ability. The second chapter describes the characteristics of contemporary college students' communication from the following four aspects: utilitarianism of communication purpose, universality of communication objects, diversity of communication modes and complexity of communication environment. The third chapter is mainly to correct the status of college students' communication view education, enrich the content of college students' communication view education, innovate the methods of college students' communication view education, and widen the carrier of college students' communication view education. To optimize the environment of communication education of college students, this paper expounds the choice of ways to strengthen the education of communication concept of contemporary college students.
