【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)就業(yè)環(huán)境的變化,大學(xué)生已從精英群體轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榇蟊娙后w,而高校畢業(yè)生如何適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)就業(yè)就成為一個(gè)廣為關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)與難點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。為了緩解現(xiàn)階段大學(xué)生的求職困境,本文就如何推進(jìn)高校個(gè)性職業(yè)指導(dǎo)的途徑進(jìn)行分析,幫助大學(xué)生樹(shù)立合理的職業(yè)目標(biāo),提前從思想、行為、能力上做好職業(yè)準(zhǔn)備,以適應(yīng)多元化的社會(huì)職業(yè)需求,提高其就業(yè)成功率。
[Abstract]:With the change of social employment environment, college students have changed from elite group to mass group, and how to adapt to market employment of college graduates has become a hot and difficult issue. In order to alleviate the present situation of college students' job search, this paper analyzes how to promote the college students' individual career guidance, and helps them to set up reasonable career goals and prepare themselves for the job in advance from the aspects of thought, behavior and ability. In order to adapt to the diversified needs of social occupation, improve its success rate of employment.
