【摘要】：高校學(xué)生社團的功能是指高校學(xué)生社團對包括社長在內(nèi)的社團所有成員起到的積極作用。此調(diào)研采用問卷調(diào)查、因素分析、內(nèi)部一致性檢驗等方法,確定了高校學(xué)生社團功能的五個維度,即職業(yè)發(fā)展功能、人際體驗功能、平臺載體功能、自我提升功能和愉悅身心功能,并構(gòu)建了信度、效度較好的高校學(xué)生社團功能量表,可作為進行社團功能影響因素、不同群體對社團功能的感知差異等相關(guān)研究的測量工具,且能為高校學(xué)生社團建設(shè)提供啟示。
[Abstract]:The function of college student association refers to the positive effect of college student association on all members of the association, including the president. By means of questionnaire survey, factor analysis and internal consistency test, the author determines the five dimensions of college students' community function, namely, career development function, interpersonal experience function, platform carrier function, etc. The function of self-promotion and the function of pleasure body and mind, and the university student association function scale with good reliability and validity is constructed, which can be used as a measuring tool for the study of the influencing factors of association function and the difference of perception of different groups to community function, and so on. And can provide inspiration for the university student association construction.
