【摘要】：目前大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新正在推行中,但是以大學(xué)為代表的各協(xié)同主體動(dòng)力不足,參與積極性和主動(dòng)性較差。因此,動(dòng)力及其動(dòng)力機(jī)制的研究不但是協(xié)同創(chuàng)新機(jī)制研究的應(yīng)有之義,而且較為緊迫。實(shí)踐證明,只有把握協(xié)同創(chuàng)新動(dòng)力機(jī)制的內(nèi)涵及其動(dòng)力要素,才能深刻剖析其存在問(wèn)題及其影響因素,最終完善大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新動(dòng)力機(jī)制,激發(fā)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新主體的動(dòng)力,調(diào)動(dòng)其積極性與主動(dòng)性,從而更好地推行大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新。 本研究由四部分構(gòu)成。第一部分為緒論,旨在說(shuō)明選題背景、研究思路與方法以及國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新動(dòng)力機(jī)制的研究綜述。 論文第二部分,闡述了大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新動(dòng)力機(jī)制的內(nèi)涵。大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新動(dòng)力機(jī)制,是指推動(dòng)大學(xué)這一協(xié)同主體參與學(xué)術(shù)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的各種內(nèi)外部動(dòng)力因素相互協(xié)調(diào)、相互作用的有機(jī)整體。它的建立健全大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新動(dòng)力機(jī)制有利于調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)術(shù)創(chuàng)新主體的積極性；有利于完善大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新機(jī)制；有利于保障學(xué)術(shù)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的順利推行。最后,筆者對(duì)大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新動(dòng)力因素進(jìn)行了分析。 論文第三部分,通過(guò)對(duì)大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新及其動(dòng)力機(jī)制現(xiàn)狀的分析,提煉出大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新動(dòng)力機(jī)制的問(wèn)題。該問(wèn)題主要包括大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新理念的認(rèn)識(shí)有待提高；大學(xué)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)性矛盾突出致使參與協(xié)同創(chuàng)新動(dòng)力不足；協(xié)同共享利益的驅(qū)動(dòng)協(xié)議落實(shí)較差；大學(xué)與其他主體間未真正形成合力以及社會(huì)各協(xié)同主體不給力等。通過(guò)對(duì)問(wèn)題的剖析,得出協(xié)同創(chuàng)新動(dòng)力機(jī)制存在問(wèn)題的原因有：認(rèn)識(shí)不到位和價(jià)值取向的偏離；條塊分割的體制致使協(xié)同各方利益分配沖突；未形成引導(dǎo)學(xué)術(shù)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的社會(huì)環(huán)境等。 論文第四部分,具體闡釋了在協(xié)同學(xué)理論和教育動(dòng)力論基礎(chǔ)上,明確了完善大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新動(dòng)力機(jī)制的價(jià)值取向,并對(duì)完善大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新動(dòng)力機(jī)制提出了一些建議措施。主要包括：樹立協(xié)同創(chuàng)新理念,營(yíng)造協(xié)同創(chuàng)新氛圍；科學(xué)考核評(píng)價(jià),合理協(xié)調(diào)利益,共同分擔(dān)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)；大學(xué)主動(dòng)構(gòu)建協(xié)同創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟；社會(huì)充分實(shí)現(xiàn)給力(企業(yè)及科研院所、政府及相關(guān)部門)等。
[Abstract]:At present, academic collaborative innovation is being carried out in universities, but there is a lack of motivation and participation enthusiasm and initiative among the cooperative subjects represented by universities. Therefore, the research of motive force and its dynamic mechanism is not only the proper meaning of collaborative innovation mechanism, but also more urgent. It has been proved that only by grasping the connotation of cooperative innovation motive mechanism and its driving factors can we deeply analyze its existing problems and influence factors, and finally perfect the motive mechanism of academic collaborative innovation in university, and stimulate the motive force of collaborative innovation subject. Arouse its enthusiasm and initiative, so as to better promote the university academic innovation. This study consists of four parts. The first part is the introduction, which aims to explain the background, research ideas and methods, as well as the domestic and foreign research on the dynamic mechanism of academic innovation. In the second part, the author expounds the connotation of the motive mechanism of university academic collaborative innovation. The motive mechanism of university academic collaborative innovation refers to the organic whole of internal and external dynamic factors that promote the university to participate in academic collaborative innovation. The establishment and improvement of the motive mechanism of academic collaborative innovation in universities is conducive to arousing the enthusiasm of the main body of academic innovation, to perfecting the mechanism of academic collaborative innovation in universities, and to ensuring the smooth implementation of academic collaborative innovation. Finally, the author analyzes the motive factors of academic innovation. In the third part of the paper, by analyzing the current situation of academic collaborative innovation and its dynamic mechanism, the author abstracts the problem of the motive mechanism of university academic collaborative innovation. This problem mainly includes the need to improve the understanding of the idea of academic collaborative innovation in universities; the lack of motivation to participate in collaborative innovation due to the prominent structural contradictions within universities; the poor implementation of collaborative benefit-sharing driving protocols; There is no real resultant force between the university and other subjects, and the social synergetic subjects are unable to give power, and so on. Through the analysis of the problems, it is concluded that the reasons for the problems in the dynamic mechanism of collaborative innovation are: the lack of understanding and the deviation of value orientation; There is no social environment to guide academic collaborative innovation and so on. In the fourth part of the paper, the author explains the value orientation of the motive mechanism of university academic collaborative innovation on the basis of synergetic theory and educational dynamic theory, and puts forward some suggestions on how to perfect the motive mechanism of university academic collaborative innovation. The main contents are as follows: to set up the idea of collaborative innovation, to create the atmosphere of collaborative innovation, to evaluate scientifically, to coordinate interests reasonably, to share risks together, to construct collaborative innovation alliance on the initiative of university; Social full realization of power (enterprises and research institutes, government and related departments) and so on.
