【摘要】：服務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)是一種將學(xué)校課程與社區(qū)服務(wù)、教與學(xué)、行動與反思相結(jié)合的綜合學(xué)習(xí)活動。其核心是通過組織學(xué)生積極參加各種服務(wù)活動,讓學(xué)生從服務(wù)體驗(yàn)中運(yùn)用、反思和獲取知識,增強(qiáng)合作意識,提高分析和解決問題的能力,同時(shí)培養(yǎng)社會責(zé)任感。 本文以美國高校服務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)為研究對象,從學(xué)習(xí)改革的視角,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)分析、案例分析的方法重點(diǎn)從理論和實(shí)踐兩個(gè)方面來分析研究美國高校的服務(wù)學(xué)習(xí),并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出對我國大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)改革的借鑒意義。首先,本文概括了服務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)的定義、特點(diǎn),梳理了美國高校服務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)產(chǎn)生的歷史背景及發(fā)展脈絡(luò)；其次,挖掘了支撐美國高校服務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)的理論基礎(chǔ),揭示了服務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)的主要功能,分別闡述了其對學(xué)生、學(xué)校、教師和社區(qū)等方面的影響；再次,對美國高校服務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)的實(shí)踐情況進(jìn)行了分析研究,從服務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)開展的原則和步驟入手,論述了服務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)的開展模式,介紹了美國高校服務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)的成功案例,總結(jié)了他們的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)；最后,探討了美國高校服務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)作為一種學(xué)習(xí)改革活動對我國大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)改革具有的啟示和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Service learning is a comprehensive learning activity which combines school curriculum with community service, teaching and learning, action and reflection. The core of it is to organize students to participate in various service activities actively, so that students can use, reflect and acquire knowledge from the service experience, enhance their sense of cooperation, improve their ability to analyze and solve problems, and at the same time cultivate their sense of social responsibility. This article takes the service learning of American universities as the research object, from the perspective of learning reform, using the method of literature analysis and case analysis to analyze and study the service learning of American universities from the two aspects of theory and practice. On the basis of this, the paper puts forward the significance of reference to the reform of university learning in our country. First of all, this paper summarizes the definition and characteristics of service learning, combing the historical background and development context of service learning in American colleges and universities. Secondly, it excavates the theoretical basis of supporting service learning in American colleges and universities, reveals the main functions of service learning, and expounds its influence on students, schools, teachers and communities respectively. Thirdly, this paper analyzes and studies the practice of service learning in American colleges and universities, starting with the principles and steps of service learning, discusses the mode of service learning, and introduces the successful cases of service learning in American colleges and universities. Summing up their successful experience; Finally, the paper discusses the enlightenment and reference significance of service learning in American colleges and universities as a kind of learning reform activity to our country's university learning reform.
