基于地位獲得的高校學(xué)術(shù)職業(yè)流動(dòng)的效益分析
[Abstract]:This research adopts the literature research method, the qualitative analysis method and the quantitative analysis method to carry on the multi-angle and multi-level analysis to the academic profession mobility based on the status, which has the important theoretical value to enrich the academic profession flow theory. This study can not only provide a new theoretical perspective for the study of academic vocational science, reasonable mobility and the construction of academic labor market, but also provide theoretical basis for the practical actions of floating organizations and floating teachers. This paper argues that status acquisition is an important motivation for academic career mobility. According to the objective conditions, the individual mobile teacher synthesizes all kinds of influence factors, and makes the flowing decision based on the principle of maximization of income, and the final result points to a certain position. According to the status acquisition theory, the "status gain" in the process of academic career flow is manifested in the promotion of academic position, the enhancement of academic power, the increase of economic income and the improvement of academic prestige. Academic career mobility requires relevant mobile organizations and individuals invest certain resources to support and complete the flow to achieve the desired purpose. In the language of economics, this is the cost of academic career mobility. The cost attribution of academic career mobility can be carried out from both internal and external levels. Internal attribution is divided into individual and family, including: individual expectation of economic benefits, investment in the cultivation of personal quality, and psychological impact of economic factors on floating individual families. On the other hand, the external factors of attribution are mainly investigated and summarized from various factors in the process of connection between floating individuals and society. This paper discusses the specific factors from direct cost and indirect cost. On this basis, the cost of academic career mobility is measured. Academic career mobility can produce benefits. There are preconditions and necessary conditions for the realization of the income from academic career mobility, but there is no sufficient condition (or can't establish this condition). Corresponding to cost, income is divided into direct and indirect income. On this basis, the academic career flow income measurement. In this paper, the measurement of cost and income is aimed at the material resources which can be represented and measured by currency, so as to facilitate statistics, research and comparison. The cost of academic career mobility is related to the income, but it is not a simple linear correlation in the sense of mathematics, but also subject to the subjective influence of the individual of academic career mobility. In this paper, the benefit model of academic career mobility is constructed, that is, the net income is obtained by subtracting the income from the cost. This kind of model has some practical effect in operation, and can introduce the method related to human resource accounting for quantitative accounting. Therefore, the calculated results of this model can explain the phenomenon of academic career mobility to some extent, and have guiding significance. In addition, because of the difference of cost and income in the period, there will be some inconsistency between the "unit" cost and "unit" benefit of the whole cost, the category of the benefit and the multiple benchmark of the item.
