基于地位獲得的高校學(xué)術(shù)職業(yè)流動(dòng)的效益分析

【摘要】:本研究采用文獻(xiàn)研究法、定性分析法和定量分析法對(duì)基于地位獲得的學(xué)術(shù)職業(yè)流動(dòng)進(jìn)行多角度多層次的分析,對(duì)豐富學(xué)術(shù)職業(yè)流動(dòng)理論具有重要的理論價(jià)值。本研究既能為研究學(xué)術(shù)職業(yè)科學(xué)、合理的流動(dòng)與學(xué)術(shù)勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)的建設(shè)提供新的理論視角,也能為流動(dòng)組織與流動(dòng)教師個(gè)體的實(shí)際行動(dòng)提供理論依據(jù)。 本文認(rèn)為地位獲得是學(xué)術(shù)職業(yè)流動(dòng)的重要?jiǎng)右。流?dòng)教師個(gè)體根據(jù)客觀條件,綜合各種影響因素,基于收益最大化的原則做出流動(dòng)的決定,最終結(jié)果都指向一定的地位獲得。根據(jù)地位獲得理論,學(xué)術(shù)職業(yè)流動(dòng)過程中“地位獲得”方式表現(xiàn)為:學(xué)術(shù)職位提升、學(xué)術(shù)權(quán)力增強(qiáng)、經(jīng)濟(jì)收入增長(zhǎng)以及學(xué)術(shù)聲望提高。 學(xué)術(shù)職業(yè)流動(dòng)需要相關(guān)的流動(dòng)組織、個(gè)人投入一定的資源來支持和完成流動(dòng),實(shí)現(xiàn)預(yù)期的目的。用經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的語(yǔ)言講,這就是——學(xué)術(shù)職業(yè)流動(dòng)需要成本。學(xué)術(shù)職業(yè)流動(dòng)的成本歸因可以從內(nèi)部與外部?jī)蓚(gè)層面進(jìn)行。內(nèi)部歸因分為個(gè)體和家庭兩個(gè)方面,包括:個(gè)體對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)利益的預(yù)期,對(duì)個(gè)人已有素質(zhì)養(yǎng)成的投入,經(jīng)濟(jì)因素對(duì)流動(dòng)個(gè)體家庭的心理影響。而對(duì)歸因的外部因素,主要從流動(dòng)個(gè)體與社會(huì)發(fā)生聯(lián)系過程中的各種因素進(jìn)行考察與歸納。本文從直接成本與間接成本兩個(gè)方面探討具體的構(gòu)成因子。在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)學(xué)術(shù)職業(yè)流動(dòng)成本進(jìn)行計(jì)量。 學(xué)術(shù)職業(yè)流動(dòng)可以產(chǎn)生效益。學(xué)術(shù)職業(yè)流動(dòng)收益的實(shí)現(xiàn)有先決條件和必要條件,但找不到充分條件(或者無法建立這一條件)。與成本相對(duì)應(yīng),收益分為直接與間接收益,同樣從這兩個(gè)方面探討具體的構(gòu)成因子。在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)學(xué)術(shù)職業(yè)流動(dòng)收益進(jìn)行計(jì)量。本文中對(duì)成本與收益的計(jì)量都是針對(duì)其中可用貨幣進(jìn)行表征與計(jì)量的物質(zhì)性資源,以便于統(tǒng)計(jì)、研究與比較。 學(xué)術(shù)職業(yè)流動(dòng)成本與收益是相關(guān)的,但是并不是數(shù)學(xué)意義上的簡(jiǎn)單的線性相關(guān),還會(huì)受到學(xué)術(shù)職業(yè)流動(dòng)個(gè)體的主觀影響。本文構(gòu)建學(xué)術(shù)職業(yè)流動(dòng)中的效益模型,即:將收益減去成本,得出凈收益。這樣的構(gòu)建模型在操作上具有一定的實(shí)效性,并且可以引入與人力資源會(huì)計(jì)相關(guān)的方法進(jìn)行定量核算。所以應(yīng)用此模型的計(jì)算結(jié)果能夠在一定程度上解釋學(xué)術(shù)職業(yè)流動(dòng)現(xiàn)象,并有指導(dǎo)意義。此外,由于成本和收益在時(shí)段上的差異會(huì)造成對(duì)全部成本、收益的類別及項(xiàng)目的多種基準(zhǔn)的“單位”成本及“單位”收益,有一定的不一致性。
[Abstract]:This research adopts the literature research method, the qualitative analysis method and the quantitative analysis method to carry on the multi-angle and multi-level analysis to the academic profession mobility based on the status, which has the important theoretical value to enrich the academic profession flow theory. This study can not only provide a new theoretical perspective for the study of academic vocational science, reasonable mobility and the construction of academic labor market, but also provide theoretical basis for the practical actions of floating organizations and floating teachers. This paper argues that status acquisition is an important motivation for academic career mobility. According to the objective conditions, the individual mobile teacher synthesizes all kinds of influence factors, and makes the flowing decision based on the principle of maximization of income, and the final result points to a certain position. According to the status acquisition theory, the "status gain" in the process of academic career flow is manifested in the promotion of academic position, the enhancement of academic power, the increase of economic income and the improvement of academic prestige. Academic career mobility requires relevant mobile organizations and individuals invest certain resources to support and complete the flow to achieve the desired purpose. In the language of economics, this is the cost of academic career mobility. The cost attribution of academic career mobility can be carried out from both internal and external levels. Internal attribution is divided into individual and family, including: individual expectation of economic benefits, investment in the cultivation of personal quality, and psychological impact of economic factors on floating individual families. On the other hand, the external factors of attribution are mainly investigated and summarized from various factors in the process of connection between floating individuals and society. This paper discusses the specific factors from direct cost and indirect cost. On this basis, the cost of academic career mobility is measured. Academic career mobility can produce benefits. There are preconditions and necessary conditions for the realization of the income from academic career mobility, but there is no sufficient condition (or can't establish this condition). Corresponding to cost, income is divided into direct and indirect income. On this basis, the academic career flow income measurement. In this paper, the measurement of cost and income is aimed at the material resources which can be represented and measured by currency, so as to facilitate statistics, research and comparison. The cost of academic career mobility is related to the income, but it is not a simple linear correlation in the sense of mathematics, but also subject to the subjective influence of the individual of academic career mobility. In this paper, the benefit model of academic career mobility is constructed, that is, the net income is obtained by subtracting the income from the cost. This kind of model has some practical effect in operation, and can introduce the method related to human resource accounting for quantitative accounting. Therefore, the calculated results of this model can explain the phenomenon of academic career mobility to some extent, and have guiding significance. In addition, because of the difference of cost and income in the period, there will be some inconsistency between the "unit" cost and "unit" benefit of the whole cost, the category of the benefit and the multiple benchmark of the item.
