【摘要】：本論文在梳理了相關(guān)的時代和理論背景后,對表達(dá)能力、表現(xiàn)能力的內(nèi)涵,表達(dá)、表現(xiàn)能力在大學(xué)生成長發(fā)展中的重要意義進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的論述,同時通過對“如何將學(xué)生能力培養(yǎng)理論應(yīng)用于實(shí)踐,如何將學(xué)生活動與學(xué)生表達(dá)與表現(xiàn)能力的培養(yǎng)進(jìn)行合理的結(jié)合”這些問題的深入探討,提出了一整套對提高大學(xué)生表達(dá)與表現(xiàn)能力十分行之有效的方法。由于不同的學(xué)生活動對學(xué)生能力的提高具有不同的作用,本課題通過研究篩選出合理的大學(xué)生表達(dá)與表現(xiàn)能力的評測指標(biāo)體系,大學(xué)生表達(dá)、表現(xiàn)能力的科學(xué)評價與功效測量指標(biāo)體系以及大學(xué)生表達(dá)、表現(xiàn)能力的培養(yǎng)等都有了深入細(xì)致的論述,并提出了獨(dú)到的見解,除了輔助本研究的進(jìn)行,希望能對日后相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的研究提供一些啟示和有益的思路。 本研究主要綜合運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究法、經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)法、問卷調(diào)查研究法及數(shù)據(jù)分析法等。通過文獻(xiàn)研究整理國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),了解國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對該主題的研究及其結(jié)論,了解國內(nèi)外研究歷史和現(xiàn)狀,為本文的研究奠定理論基礎(chǔ),并在此基礎(chǔ)上繼承創(chuàng)新,為理論向?qū)嵺`轉(zhuǎn)化做好準(zhǔn)備。通過經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)法,對前任研究的經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行歸納、分析、總結(jié),在正確的理論指導(dǎo)下,完成從實(shí)踐再到理論的新的提升。問卷調(diào)查法主要是通過發(fā)放調(diào)查問卷,調(diào)查目標(biāo)群體的觀點(diǎn)看法,可以取得第-手的資料,并通過對調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)的分析,掌握其中的規(guī)律,從而按規(guī)律發(fā)生的條件創(chuàng)造一系列的工作方法,并應(yīng)用于實(shí)踐。 現(xiàn)階段對大學(xué)生表達(dá)表現(xiàn)能力的研究多是僅限于理論層面或單一方面,缺乏對該能力培養(yǎng)的整體性把握以及具體的培養(yǎng)方法。本課題的主要創(chuàng)新性成果在于,建立大學(xué)生表達(dá)與表現(xiàn)能力測評要素的數(shù)學(xué)模型及分析方法,并從實(shí)證的角度對大學(xué)生表達(dá)與表現(xiàn)能力的培養(yǎng)進(jìn)行研究,著重于實(shí)踐的探索,重點(diǎn)把握各項(xiàng)活動的目的性和實(shí)效性,突出教育培養(yǎng)活動與表達(dá)與表現(xiàn)能力培養(yǎng)的直接聯(lián)系。教育培養(yǎng)活動設(shè)計更加具體和細(xì)化,注重活動的實(shí)踐可操作性,注重結(jié)果的可重復(fù)性、目的性、嚴(yán)格性,可以為今后的大學(xué)生表達(dá)表現(xiàn)能力提供實(shí)踐性的研究經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:After combing the relevant times and theoretical background, this paper discusses in detail the important significance of the expression ability, the expression ability connotation, the expression ability, the expression ability in the university student growth and development. At the same time, this paper discusses how to apply the theory of cultivating students' ability to practice and how to combine student's activities with the cultivation of students' ability of expression and expression. A set of effective methods are put forward to improve college students' ability of expression and expression. Because different student activities have different effects on the improvement of students' ability, this subject selects out a reasonable evaluation index system of college students' expression and performance ability, which can be expressed by college students. The scientific evaluation and efficacy measurement index system of expressive ability, the expression of college students, the cultivation of expressive ability and so on have been discussed deeply and meticulously, and the original opinions have been put forward, in addition to assisting this research, Hope to provide some enlightenment and useful ideas for future research in related fields. This research mainly uses the literature research method, the experience summary method, the questionnaire investigation method and the data analysis method and so on. Through literature research and collation of relevant literature at home and abroad, to understand the domestic and foreign scholars' research on the subject and its conclusions, to understand the history and current situation of domestic and foreign research, to lay a theoretical foundation for the research of this paper, and to inherit and innovate on this basis. Prepare for the transformation of theory to practice. Through the method of experience summary, this paper sums up, analyzes and summarizes the former research experience, and under the guidance of correct theory, completes the new promotion from practice to theory. The method of questionnaire survey is mainly through issuing questionnaires to investigate the views of the target groups, and can obtain the information of the first hand, and through the analysis of the survey data, we can master the law of the survey. Thus a series of working methods are created according to the conditions of regular occurrence and applied in practice. At present, most of the researches on the expressive ability of college students are limited to the theoretical level or a single aspect, and lack of a holistic grasp of the ability and specific training methods. The main innovative achievement of this subject is to establish the mathematical model and analysis method of the evaluation elements of college students' expression and expression ability, and to study the cultivation of college students' expression and expression ability from the perspective of demonstration, focusing on the exploration of practice. Focus on the purpose and effectiveness of the activities, and highlight the direct relationship between educational training activities and expression ability. The design of educational training activities is more specific and detailed, and the practical maneuverability of the activities is emphasized, and the repeatability, purpose and strictness of the results can be paid attention to, which can provide practical research experience for the expression ability of college students in the future.
