本科課程評估結(jié)果群體特征研究

【摘要】:學(xué)生課程評估是大學(xué)教學(xué)質(zhì)量監(jiān)控體系的重要組成部分,其結(jié)果對教師個人教學(xué)改進和教學(xué)管理具有反饋作用。本研究以W大學(xué)多年課程評估大數(shù)據(jù)為研究對象,引入優(yōu)異指數(shù)EI分析課程評估結(jié)果的群體特征,從課程規(guī)模、學(xué)科院系、課程類型等維度分析。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),縮小課程班級規(guī)模進行小班課教學(xué)、促進師生交流、完善選修制、強化教學(xué)管理和促進教師教學(xué)發(fā)展,有助于大學(xué)有效提升課程質(zhì)量、教學(xué)效果和學(xué)習(xí)效果。EI指數(shù)及其分析方法、研究結(jié)論對于其他高校具有參考意義。
[Abstract]:Student curriculum evaluation is an important part of college teaching quality monitoring system, and the results have feedback effect on teachers' personal teaching improvement and teaching management. This study takes big data as the research object, introduces the merit index (EI) to analyze the group characteristics of curriculum evaluation results, and analyzes the dimensions of curriculum scale, subject department, curriculum type and so on. It is found that reducing the class size of the curriculum, promoting the communication between teachers and students, perfecting the elective system, strengthening the teaching management and promoting the development of the teacher's teaching can help the university to improve the quality of the curriculum effectively. Teaching effect and learning effect. EI index and its analysis method. The conclusion of the study is of reference significance to other colleges and universities.
