安徽省新建本科院校教師職業(yè)認(rèn)同研究

【摘要】:教師職業(yè)認(rèn)同是促進(jìn)教師發(fā)展的動(dòng)力,是刺激教師努力工作的內(nèi)在因素。提升教師的職業(yè)認(rèn)同,是促使教師改變職業(yè)態(tài)度、保持教師隊(duì)伍穩(wěn)定以及教師自身發(fā)展的前提。 本研究是關(guān)于安徽省新建本科院校教師職業(yè)認(rèn)同的實(shí)證研究,通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,分析了當(dāng)今市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)、價(jià)值觀多元化的社會(huì)背景下,安徽省新建本科院校教師職業(yè)認(rèn)同的現(xiàn)狀,既對(duì)教師職業(yè)認(rèn)同水平作出了總體分析,又從學(xué)校特征變量和教師個(gè)體特征變量?jī)蓚(gè)方面,對(duì)教師職業(yè)認(rèn)同作出了較深入的分析。 調(diào)查顯示:(1)安徽省新建本科院校教師職業(yè)認(rèn)同總體水平處于中等水平。其中教師的職業(yè)技能水平最高,職業(yè)價(jià)值觀認(rèn)同得分最低;(2)不同地域及辦學(xué)性質(zhì)院校教師職業(yè)認(rèn)同水平存在著一定的差異;(3)影響高校教師職業(yè)認(rèn)同不僅包括高校所在的地域及高校辦學(xué)性質(zhì)等外在因素,也包括教師的職稱、教師的學(xué)歷、性別、學(xué)科背景、年齡以及教齡等內(nèi)在的因素。 目前,安徽省新建本科院校教師職業(yè)認(rèn)同存在的問(wèn)題主要有:(1)教師職業(yè)認(rèn)同總體水平不高,相比其他省份的高校教師職業(yè)認(rèn)同偏低;(2)新建本科院校年輕教師職業(yè)認(rèn)同水平較低;(3)民辦高校教師職業(yè)認(rèn)同水平偏低;(4)教師職業(yè)價(jià)值觀呈低水平徘徊狀態(tài)等。 影響安徽省新建本科院校教師職業(yè)認(rèn)同的因素主要有教師自身因素、組織因素、政府因素以及社會(huì)因素等四個(gè)方面。其中教師自身因素包括:教師的價(jià)值觀、心理承受能力、參加培訓(xùn)以及教師的興趣愛(ài)好;組織因素包括:人際關(guān)系、工作環(huán)境、學(xué)校管理方式以及學(xué)校相關(guān)制度;政府因素方面包括:工資待遇、相關(guān)政策;社會(huì)因素包括:社會(huì)變革、社會(huì)評(píng)價(jià)。 新建本科院校教師職業(yè)認(rèn)同的提升需要教師自身、高校、政府以及社會(huì)四個(gè)方面共同努力。只有充分發(fā)揮教師在提升教師職業(yè)認(rèn)同中的核心作用、發(fā)揮高校在提升教師職業(yè)認(rèn)同中的基礎(chǔ)作用、發(fā)揮政府在提升教師職業(yè)認(rèn)同中的促進(jìn)作用、發(fā)揮社會(huì)在提升教師職業(yè)認(rèn)同中的協(xié)同作用,才能不斷提升安徽省新建本科院校教師職業(yè)認(rèn)同,不斷促進(jìn)新建本科院校教師專業(yè)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Teachers' professional identity is the motive force to promote teachers' development and the internal factor to stimulate teachers' hard work. The promotion of teachers' professional identity is the prerequisite for teachers to change their professional attitude, maintain the stability of teachers' ranks and teachers' own development. This study is an empirical study on the professional identity of teachers in newly established colleges and universities in Anhui Province. Through a questionnaire survey, this paper analyzes the current situation of teachers' professional identity in newly established colleges and universities in Anhui Province under the social background of market economy and diversified values. It not only makes a general analysis on the level of teachers' professional identity, but also makes a deeper analysis of teachers' professional identity from two aspects: the school characteristic variable and the teacher individual characteristic variable. The survey shows that: (1) the overall level of teachers' professional identity in newly-established colleges and universities in Anhui Province is at the medium level. Among them, teachers have the highest level of vocational skills and the lowest score of vocational value identity; (2) there are some differences in the level of teachers' professional identity in different regions and colleges. (3) the influence of college teachers' professional identity includes not only the region where the university is located and the nature of running a school, but also the internal factors such as the title of the teacher, the teacher's education, gender, subject background, age, teaching age and so on. At present, the problems of teachers' professional identity in newly established colleges and universities in Anhui Province are as follows: (1) the overall level of teachers' professional identity is not high, and the professional identity of teachers in colleges and universities is lower than that in other provinces; (2) the level of young teachers' professional identity is low in newly-built colleges and universities; (3) the level of teachers' professional identity is on the low side; (4) the level of teachers' professional values is hovering in a low level. There are four factors that affect the professional identity of teachers in newly established colleges and universities in Anhui Province: teachers' own factors, organizational factors, government factors and social factors. Among them, teachers' own factors include: teachers' values, psychological tolerance, participation in training and teachers' interests, organizational factors include: interpersonal relationships, working environment, school management style and school related system. Government factors include: wage treatment, related policies, social factors including: social change, social evaluation. The promotion of teachers' professional identity in newly-established colleges and universities requires the joint efforts of teachers themselves, colleges and universities, government and society. Only by giving full play to the core role of teachers in promoting teachers' professional identity, giving full play to the basic role of colleges and universities in promoting teachers' professional identity, and giving play to the role of the government in promoting teachers' professional identity, Only by giving play to the synergistic role of society in promoting teachers' professional identity can we continuously promote the professional identity of teachers in newly established colleges and universities in Anhui Province and promote the development of teachers' specialty in newly-built colleges and universities.
