我國多校區(qū)高校學(xué)生突發(fā)事件的管理研究
[Abstract]:The management of student emergencies in multi-campus colleges and universities is the main component of the management of multi-campus colleges and universities and campus safety. This paper studies that the management of student emergencies in multi-campus colleges and universities can ensure the safety of students' lives and property and maintain the stability and harmony of colleges and universities. It is of great significance to promote the development of multi-campus colleges and universities. At present, multi-campus colleges and universities are more common in our country, which has brought new development space to colleges and universities. However, due to the particularity of multi-campus colleges and universities management and the uniqueness of college students' emergencies, This paper presents a new challenge to the management of student emergencies in multi-campus colleges and universities in China, which directly affects the safety and stability of colleges and universities. The research of this paper mainly grasps two key points, one is multi-campus colleges and universities, the other is student emergencies. This paper focuses on the two particularities of management, and points out that multi-campus colleges and universities have three particularities in management: the dispersion of campus, The difficulty of management collaboration and the lag of information transmission. There are also three particularities in college student emergencies: sensitivity, infectivity and group. Through the combination of the two main lines of theoretical research and empirical research, this paper analyzes deeply the current situation and problems of student emergency management in multi-campus colleges and universities in China. Under the guidance of emergency management theory and 4R crisis management theory, the theoretical research of this paper starts with the formation and development of multi-campus colleges and universities, and studies the meaning and classification of college students' emergencies, thus providing theoretical support for the research. The third chapter is the empirical research, including the research object, the implementation of the study, the processing of the research data, focusing on the Z university student emergency management experience and inspiration. The fourth chapter is the focus of this study, combined with the results of theoretical and empirical research, this paper discusses the current situation of student emergency management in multi-campus colleges and universities in China, and analyzes the existing problems and reasons. This paper further studies the particularity of student emergency management in multi-campus colleges and universities in order to improve the management of student emergencies in multi-campus colleges and universities. Finally, combined with the particularity of student emergency management in multi-campus colleges and universities, the present situation of student emergency management in multi-campus colleges and universities in China and the results of empirical research, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. We hope to do our best to improve the management of student emergencies in multi-campus colleges and universities.
