【摘要】：多校區(qū)高校學(xué)生突發(fā)事件的管理，是多校區(qū)高校管理和校園安全管理的主要組成部分，研究多校區(qū)高校學(xué)生突發(fā)事件的管理對保障學(xué)生生命財產(chǎn)安全，維護(hù)高校穩(wěn)定和諧，促進(jìn)多校區(qū)高校發(fā)展具有重要意義。目前，多校區(qū)高校在我國較為常見，它給高校帶來了新的發(fā)展空間，但由于多校區(qū)高校管理的特殊性，加之高校學(xué)生突發(fā)事件的獨(dú)特性，對我國多校區(qū)高校學(xué)生突發(fā)事件的管理提出了新的挑戰(zhàn)，直接影響著高校的安全與穩(wěn)定。 論文的研究主要抓住了兩個關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)，一個是多校區(qū)高校，一個是學(xué)生突發(fā)事件，重點(diǎn)研究這兩個在管理上的特殊性，提出多校區(qū)高校在管理上具有三個特殊性：校區(qū)的分散性、管理協(xié)同的困難性、信息傳遞的滯后性。高校學(xué)生突發(fā)事件也有三個特殊性：敏感性、傳染性、群體性。通過理論研究和實(shí)證研究兩條主線的結(jié)合及相互映證，重點(diǎn)深入分析出我國多校區(qū)高校學(xué)生突發(fā)事件管理的現(xiàn)狀與問題。 本文的理論研究是第二章，以應(yīng)急管理理論和4R危機(jī)管理理論的為指導(dǎo)，從多校區(qū)高校的形成與發(fā)展入手，并研究高校學(xué)生突發(fā)事件的含義與分類，從而為研究提供理論支撐。第三章為實(shí)證研究，，包括研究的對象、研究的實(shí)施、研究資料的處理，重點(diǎn)研究了Z高校學(xué)生突發(fā)事件管理的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與啟示。第四章現(xiàn)狀研究為本研究的重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容，結(jié)合理論研究和實(shí)證研究的結(jié)果，論述我國多校區(qū)高校學(xué)生突發(fā)事件管理的現(xiàn)狀、分析其存在的問題與原因，進(jìn)一步研究了多校區(qū)高校學(xué)生突發(fā)事件管理的特殊性，以期對完善多校區(qū)高校學(xué)生突發(fā)事件的管理有所啟示。 最后，結(jié)合多校區(qū)高校學(xué)生突發(fā)事件管理的特殊性、我國多校區(qū)高校學(xué)生突發(fā)事件管理的現(xiàn)狀以及實(shí)證研究的結(jié)果，提出了一些對策與建議。希望能為完善我國多校區(qū)高校學(xué)生突發(fā)事件管理盡綿薄之力。
[Abstract]:The management of student emergencies in multi-campus colleges and universities is the main component of the management of multi-campus colleges and universities and campus safety. This paper studies that the management of student emergencies in multi-campus colleges and universities can ensure the safety of students' lives and property and maintain the stability and harmony of colleges and universities. It is of great significance to promote the development of multi-campus colleges and universities. At present, multi-campus colleges and universities are more common in our country, which has brought new development space to colleges and universities. However, due to the particularity of multi-campus colleges and universities management and the uniqueness of college students' emergencies, This paper presents a new challenge to the management of student emergencies in multi-campus colleges and universities in China, which directly affects the safety and stability of colleges and universities. The research of this paper mainly grasps two key points, one is multi-campus colleges and universities, the other is student emergencies. This paper focuses on the two particularities of management, and points out that multi-campus colleges and universities have three particularities in management: the dispersion of campus, The difficulty of management collaboration and the lag of information transmission. There are also three particularities in college student emergencies: sensitivity, infectivity and group. Through the combination of the two main lines of theoretical research and empirical research, this paper analyzes deeply the current situation and problems of student emergency management in multi-campus colleges and universities in China. Under the guidance of emergency management theory and 4R crisis management theory, the theoretical research of this paper starts with the formation and development of multi-campus colleges and universities, and studies the meaning and classification of college students' emergencies, thus providing theoretical support for the research. The third chapter is the empirical research, including the research object, the implementation of the study, the processing of the research data, focusing on the Z university student emergency management experience and inspiration. The fourth chapter is the focus of this study, combined with the results of theoretical and empirical research, this paper discusses the current situation of student emergency management in multi-campus colleges and universities in China, and analyzes the existing problems and reasons. This paper further studies the particularity of student emergency management in multi-campus colleges and universities in order to improve the management of student emergencies in multi-campus colleges and universities. Finally, combined with the particularity of student emergency management in multi-campus colleges and universities, the present situation of student emergency management in multi-campus colleges and universities in China and the results of empirical research, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. We hope to do our best to improve the management of student emergencies in multi-campus colleges and universities.
