【摘要】：自我國高校擴招、實行學分制，逐步推進后勤社會化改革以來，學生的思想觀念、組織方式和學習方式等發(fā)生了重大變化，學生宿舍公寓化，學生宿舍的社區(qū)概念日益強化，在為廣大學子提供適應現(xiàn)代化基本要求和居住條件的同時，也給大學生思想政治教育帶來了許多新的矛盾和新問題，大學生道德雙面人的出現(xiàn)、知行不統(tǒng)一的問題，集群行為的發(fā)生，都對大學生的健康成長、全面發(fā)展提出了挑戰(zhàn)。學生公寓作為大學生學習、生活、休息、娛樂的主要場所，已經成為了大學生思想政治教育的必然延伸，也是其道德素養(yǎng)、組織紀律、法紀觀念、集體主義精神等思想政治教育的重要陣地。開展公寓內的思想政治教育的必要性和重要作用逐漸突顯，公寓內的思想政治教育工作也成為高校思想政治教育工作的一個重點，時刻受到黨和國家的關注。正確地分析新時期大學生思想政治教育進公寓中所面臨的新情況，積極探討思想政治教育進公寓中所存在的主要矛盾和解決方法是高校教育工作者當前所面臨的重要研究課題。 本文首先對高校后勤社會化的概念、大學生思想政治教育的含義、大學生思想政治教育進公寓的含義以及必要性、重要性進行了闡述，然后結合相關文獻、網(wǎng)站資料、工作刊物、訪談法等，對高校后勤社會化進程中的大學生思想政治教育進公寓的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題等進行了原因分析，并在環(huán)境氛圍、管理機制、教育內容、方法、渠道、教管隊伍、學生自身等幾方面，，提出了一系列的針對性的意見和建議。
[Abstract]:Since the expansion of enrollment, the implementation of the credit system and the gradual promotion of the reform of the socialization of logistics, great changes have taken place in students' ideology, organization and learning style, and the concept of community in students' dormitories has been strengthened day by day. While providing students with basic requirements for modernization and living conditions, it also brings many new contradictions and problems to the ideological and political education of college students. The occurrence of cluster behavior has challenged the healthy growth and overall development of college students. As the main place for college students to study, live, rest and entertain, student apartments have become an inevitable extension of ideological and political education for college students, as well as their moral literacy, organizational discipline, and concepts of law and discipline. Collectivism spirit and so on ideological and political education important position. The necessity and the important role of the ideological and political education in the apartment have been gradually highlighted. The ideological and political education in the apartment has also become an important part of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and has always received the attention of the Party and the country. It is an important research subject for college educators to correctly analyze the new situation that college students' ideological and political education is facing in the new period, and actively explore the main contradictions and solutions of ideological and political education in the apartments. In this paper, the concept of logistics socialization in colleges and universities, the meaning of ideological and political education for college students, the meaning and necessity of ideological and political education for college students and the necessity and importance of ideological and political education in colleges and universities are expounded in this paper. This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of ideological and political education of college students in the process of socialization of logistics in colleges and universities, and analyzes the reasons for the situation, management mechanism, educational content, methods, channels, etc., in terms of environmental atmosphere, management mechanism, education content, methods, channels, etc. Teaching staff, students themselves, put forward a series of targeted comments and suggestions.
