【摘要】：教學(xué)活動是高校的基本職能,專業(yè)作為高校教學(xué)的主要載體不僅規(guī)定了高校培養(yǎng)人才的方向,同時也是影響高校整體發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵因素,科學(xué)合理的專業(yè)設(shè)置是高校持續(xù)發(fā)展和人才培養(yǎng)的基礎(chǔ)性條件。新中國成立后,高校的專業(yè)設(shè)置在經(jīng)歷了四次大規(guī)模大范圍的調(diào)整和改革后,逐漸適應(yīng)了經(jīng)濟社會的發(fā)展需要,也逐步形成了具有中國特色的專業(yè)布局,但高校的專業(yè)設(shè)置仍有諸多問題,特別是在高等教育大眾化的進程中,專業(yè)設(shè)置的問題也日益凸顯。因此,有必要對高校本科專業(yè)設(shè)置做進一步思考。近年來,高等教育大眾化程度不斷加強,隨之而來的是高校的辦學(xué)規(guī)模也在日益擴大,雖然教育資源也有了相應(yīng)增加,但資源的增加終究跟不上規(guī)模的擴張,專業(yè)的設(shè)置甚至也超出了人們的控制能力,呈現(xiàn)出“泛濫”的局面,高等教育人才培養(yǎng)的質(zhì)量越來越受到人們的質(zhì)疑。本文正是在這種背景下展開研究的。本文以江西省20所高校本科專業(yè)設(shè)置現(xiàn)狀為研究對象,從專業(yè)設(shè)置理論出發(fā),主要運用文獻研究法和統(tǒng)計學(xué)方法分析專業(yè)設(shè)置中存在的問題,發(fā)現(xiàn)了江西省高等學(xué)校存在諸如專業(yè)設(shè)置與產(chǎn)業(yè)需求不匹配、布局不合理、重復(fù)設(shè)置過多、預(yù)測性不足等方面的問題。文章針對這四個方面的問題進行了原因分析,最后從政府、社會、高校三個層面提出一些建議以優(yōu)化江西省高校本科專業(yè)設(shè)置現(xiàn)狀使其更好地發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Teaching activity is the basic function of colleges and universities. As the main carrier of college teaching, specialty not only prescribes the direction of cultivating talents in colleges and universities, but also is the key factor affecting the overall development of colleges and universities. Scientific and reasonable specialty setting is the basic condition for the sustainable development of colleges and universities and the cultivation of talents. After the establishment of New China, after four large-scale and large-scale adjustments and reforms, the professional setup of colleges and universities gradually adapted to the needs of economic and social development, and gradually formed a professional layout with Chinese characteristics. However, there are still many problems in specialty setting, especially in the process of popularization of higher education. Therefore, it is necessary to make further thinking about undergraduate specialty establishment in colleges and universities. In recent years, the popularization of higher education has been strengthened, and the scale of running a university has also been expanded. Although the educational resources have also increased correspondingly, the increase of resources has not kept up with the expansion of scale. The setting of specialty is even beyond people's control ability, showing the situation of "overflowing", the quality of higher education talent training is more and more questioned by people. It is under this background that this paper develops the research. The present situation of undergraduate specialty setup in 20 colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province is taken as the research object. Based on the theory of specialty setting, this paper mainly uses literature research and statistical methods to analyze the problems existing in the specialty setting. It is found that there are some problems in Jiangxi colleges and universities such as mismatch between specialty setup and industry demand unreasonable layout too many repeated settings and insufficient predictability. This paper analyzes the causes of these four problems, and finally puts forward some suggestions from three aspects of government, society and university in order to optimize the present situation of setting up undergraduate courses in Jiangxi Province so as to develop them better.
