【摘要】：“創(chuàng)業(yè)是就業(yè)之源,就業(yè)是民生之本”。隨著我國(guó)高校的擴(kuò)招,高等教育逐步大眾化,大學(xué)生就業(yè)難已受到世界各國(guó)政府的關(guān)注,高校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)已經(jīng)成為一個(gè)全球性的話題。創(chuàng)業(yè)在促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng),解決社會(huì)就業(yè),加快技術(shù)創(chuàng)新及提高生產(chǎn)力發(fā)展等方面作用顯得越來(lái)越重要的。在創(chuàng)業(yè)的熱潮中,高校大學(xué)生是一支朝氣蓬勃的主力軍。在知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)里,知識(shí)、信息取代勞動(dòng)力、資本、原材料成為最重要的資源,使得受過(guò)高等教育的青年大學(xué)生具有創(chuàng)業(yè)的資源優(yōu)勢(shì)。因特網(wǎng)的普及更是為高校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)提供了信息優(yōu)勢(shì)。另外,隨著高等教育的普及,世界上很多國(guó)家面臨著日益嚴(yán)峻的就業(yè)壓力。目前,我國(guó)的商學(xué)院尚未建立一套完整的旨在解決大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)過(guò)程中的資金瓶頸的創(chuàng)業(yè)基金。因此,探索商學(xué)院設(shè)立大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)基金對(duì)當(dāng)前我國(guó)高校存在的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育和輔助不足問(wèn)題具有深遠(yuǎn)的意義。 但是,目前我國(guó)大學(xué)生在創(chuàng)業(yè)的過(guò)程中面臨著諸多的問(wèn)題,其中最為突出的問(wèn)題就是創(chuàng)業(yè)資金的問(wèn)題。其次,就是創(chuàng)業(yè)主體的素質(zhì)問(wèn)題,在數(shù)量龐大的大學(xué)畢業(yè)生中間,那個(gè)群體適合創(chuàng)業(yè)?那個(gè)人群進(jìn)行創(chuàng)業(yè)取得成功的概率比較大?這都是我們實(shí)施創(chuàng)業(yè)型就業(yè)戰(zhàn)略中最關(guān)鍵的問(wèn)題。為了解決這個(gè)問(wèn)題,國(guó)內(nèi)的一些研究者提出了設(shè)立大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)基金的方法來(lái)解決大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)資金的問(wèn)題。但是,對(duì)于創(chuàng)業(yè)主體的研究比較少。 本文將從國(guó)內(nèi)外創(chuàng)業(yè)基金的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)家創(chuàng)新基金的研究為出發(fā)點(diǎn),以“商學(xué)院設(shè)立大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)基金”為切入點(diǎn),對(duì)其進(jìn)行可行性研究。主要的內(nèi)容包括三個(gè)部分：一是,對(duì)商學(xué)院設(shè)立大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)基金的環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析；二是,對(duì)我國(guó)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究；三是,對(duì)商學(xué)院設(shè)立大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新基金的思路和具體措施進(jìn)行研究。通過(guò)研究發(fā)現(xiàn),商學(xué)院設(shè)立大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)基金有較好的環(huán)境,包括較好的宏觀環(huán)境和良好的金融環(huán)境。同時(shí)研究的結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),商學(xué)院的大學(xué)生比其他綜合性大學(xué)的畢業(yè)生更具有創(chuàng)業(yè)的潛質(zhì),他們不但具有較好的創(chuàng)業(yè)能力,而且對(duì)于創(chuàng)業(yè)需要的知識(shí)和必備的心理素質(zhì)也優(yōu)于其他高校的畢業(yè)生。文章的最后對(duì)商學(xué)院設(shè)立大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)基金的思路和具體的措施進(jìn)行研究,并對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)基金可能遇到的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的分析,提出了相應(yīng)的管理和控制的措施。
[Abstract]:Entrepreneurship is the source of employment and employment is the foundation of people's livelihood. With the expansion of college enrollment and the gradual popularization of higher education, the difficulty of obtaining employment for college students has been concerned by governments all over the world, and university students' entrepreneurship has become a global topic. Entrepreneurship plays a more and more important role in promoting economic growth, solving social employment, accelerating technological innovation and improving productivity development. In the upsurge of entrepreneurship, college students are a vigorous main force. In the knowledge economy society, knowledge and information replace labor, capital and raw materials as the most important resources, which makes the young college students with higher education have the advantage of starting a business. The popularization of the Internet has provided the information superiority for the university student to start a business. In addition, with the popularization of higher education, many countries in the world are facing increasingly severe employment pressure. At present, China's business schools have not established a complete set of venture funds aimed at solving the capital bottleneck in the process of college students' entrepreneurship. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore the establishment of college students' venture fund for the existing problems of entrepreneurship education and insufficient assistance in colleges and universities in our country. However, at present, college students in our country are facing many problems in the process of starting a business, among which the most prominent one is the problem of venture capital. Second, is the quality of the subject of entrepreneurship, in a large number of college graduates, which group is suitable for entrepreneurship? Which group is more likely to succeed in entrepreneurship? This is our implementation of entrepreneurial employment strategy in the most critical issues. In order to solve this problem, some domestic researchers have put forward the method of setting up college students' entrepreneurship fund to solve the problem of university students' venture capital. However, the research on the subject of entrepreneurship is relatively small. In this paper, starting from the development situation of domestic and foreign venture funds and through the research on the National Innovation Fund, the feasibility study will be carried out on the starting point of setting up the University students' Venture Fund in the Business School. The main contents include three parts: first, the analysis of the environment in which business schools set up college students' entrepreneurial funds; second, the research on the current situation of the entrepreneurial development of college students in China; and the third, This paper studies the ideas and concrete measures of setting up college students' innovative fund in business schools. Through the research, it is found that there is a better environment for setting up college students' venture fund, including a good macro environment and a good financial environment. At the same time, the results of the study found that college students have more entrepreneurial potential than the graduates of other comprehensive universities, and they not only have better entrepreneurial ability, Moreover, the knowledge and necessary psychological quality of entrepreneurship are superior to those of other college graduates. At the end of this paper, the author studies the ideas and concrete measures of setting up the university students' venture fund in the business school, and analyzes the risk that the venture fund may meet, and puts forward the corresponding management and control measures.
