高校思想政治理論課教師教學(xué)能力研究

【摘要】:思想政治理論課教學(xué)是高校進(jìn)行思想政治理論教育工作的主要渠道和陣地,對(duì)大學(xué)生樹(shù)立正確的世界觀、人生觀、價(jià)值觀起著重要作用。而高校思想政治理論課教師是黨的理論、路線、方針、政策的宣講者,是大學(xué)生健康成長(zhǎng)的指導(dǎo)者和領(lǐng)路人。高校思想政治理論課教師教學(xué)能力的高低直接影響到教學(xué)的效果,影響到所培育出來(lái)的大學(xué)生的質(zhì)量。當(dāng)前,我們已經(jīng)進(jìn)入經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、思想多元化的社會(huì),這給高校思想政治理論課帶來(lái)了巨大的機(jī)遇,同時(shí)也帶來(lái)了更多的問(wèn)題和困難,如何提高思想政治理論課教師教學(xué)能力已經(jīng)是我們當(dāng)前亟待解決的問(wèn)題。 那么,本文在閱讀了大量的文獻(xiàn)資料的基礎(chǔ)之上,根據(jù)自己的理解和認(rèn)識(shí),圍繞當(dāng)前思想政治理論課教師教學(xué)能力存在的問(wèn)題作了全面的分析,通過(guò)對(duì)大學(xué)生進(jìn)行訪談的方法,了解到思想政治理論課教師在教學(xué)中存在的問(wèn)題及解決問(wèn)題的突破口,再結(jié)合文獻(xiàn)提出具有針對(duì)性的對(duì)策。 論文共分為四個(gè)部分:第一章是引言,涵蓋了選題背景、選題目的、研究的理論意義和實(shí)際價(jià)值、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究方法五個(gè)方面。第二章是高校思想政治理論課教師教學(xué)能力的內(nèi)涵,主要包括相關(guān)概念的界定、提高思想政治理論課教師教學(xué)能力的重要性、高校思想政治理論課教師教學(xué)能力的構(gòu)成三個(gè)方面。而對(duì)思想政治理論課教師教學(xué)能力的構(gòu)成又分為基本教學(xué)能力和特殊教學(xué)能力。基本教學(xué)能力包括教學(xué)認(rèn)知能力、教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)能力、教學(xué)操作能力、教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)能力、教學(xué)創(chuàng)新能力、教學(xué)合作能力、教學(xué)科研能力;特殊教學(xué)能力包括整合時(shí)事的能力、開(kāi)展思想政治教育的能力、培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生樹(shù)立正確“三觀”的能力。第三章是高校思想政治理論課教師教學(xué)能力存在的問(wèn)題及其原因分析,主要是社會(huì)對(duì)思想政治理論課的關(guān)注程度不高、高等學(xué)校的相應(yīng)制度不完善、教師個(gè)人能力的缺乏。第四章是提高高校思想政治理論課教師教學(xué)能力的對(duì)策,主要包括國(guó)家應(yīng)該調(diào)動(dòng)思想政治理論課教師的積極性、高校應(yīng)為思想政治理論課教師提供良好的教學(xué)和科研環(huán)境、教師應(yīng)提高自身能力。
[Abstract]:The teaching of ideological and political theory is the main channel and position of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, which plays an important role in setting up correct world outlook, outlook on life and values for college students. The teachers of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities are the preachers of the Party's theories, routes, principles and policies, as well as the guides and guides for the healthy growth of college students. The teaching ability of the ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities has a direct impact on the teaching effect and the quality of the college students. At present, we have entered a society of economic globalization and diversified thinking, which has brought great opportunities for ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities, and at the same time has brought more problems and difficulties. How to improve the teaching ability of ideological and political theory teachers is an urgent problem to be solved. Then, on the basis of reading a large amount of literature, according to my own understanding and understanding, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the problems existing in the teaching ability of the current ideological and political theory teachers, and through the method of interviewing college students, This paper finds out the problems existing in the teaching of the ideological and political theory course and the breakthrough of solving the problems, and then puts forward some pertinent countermeasures in combination with the literature. The thesis is divided into four parts: the first chapter is the introduction, including the background of the topic, the purpose of the topic, the theoretical significance and practical value of the study, the current situation of research at home and abroad, and research methods. The second chapter is the connotation of the teaching ability of the ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities, including the definition of related concepts and the importance of improving the teaching ability of the ideological and political theory teachers. The composition of teaching ability of ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities. The composition of teachers' teaching ability of ideological and political theory is divided into basic teaching ability and special teaching ability. The third chapter is the analysis of the problems and causes of the teachers' teaching ability of the ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities. The main reasons are that the society pays less attention to the ideological and political theory courses, the corresponding system of the colleges and universities is not perfect, and the teachers' individual ability is lacking. The fourth chapter is the countermeasures to improve the teaching ability of the ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities, which mainly include that the state should arouse the enthusiasm of the teachers of the ideological and political theory courses, and colleges and universities should provide a good teaching and scientific research environment for the teachers of the ideological and political theory courses.
