【摘要】：大學(xué)生自立自強(qiáng)精神是指大學(xué)生這一群體在其學(xué)習(xí)和生活中表現(xiàn)出來(lái)的獨(dú)立自主、自我?jiàn)^斗和自我完善的優(yōu)秀品質(zhì)和精神風(fēng)貌。這種精神主要體現(xiàn)在樹(shù)立遠(yuǎn)大的奮斗目標(biāo),艱苦奮斗和獨(dú)立自主的實(shí)干精神以及積極參與各種實(shí)踐和實(shí)習(xí)活動(dòng)這三個(gè)方面。本文以馬克思主義關(guān)于人的全面發(fā)展理論,以及黨的歷代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人有關(guān)自立自強(qiáng)精神培育的主要思想作為理論依據(jù),針對(duì)目前大學(xué)生自立自強(qiáng)精神的缺失現(xiàn)狀,提出了加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生自立自強(qiáng)精神培育的現(xiàn)實(shí)要求。通過(guò)調(diào)查探究大學(xué)生自立自強(qiáng)精神缺失的成因及表現(xiàn),主張?jiān)趫?jiān)持主體性原則、激勵(lì)性原則、滲透性原則等主要原則的基礎(chǔ)上,一要改進(jìn)和優(yōu)化高校德育教育模式,二要營(yíng)造弘揚(yáng)自強(qiáng)自立精神的校園文化,三要優(yōu)化大學(xué)生自立自強(qiáng)精神培育的社會(huì)環(huán)境和家庭環(huán)境,四要加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生的心理輔導(dǎo),五要加強(qiáng)對(duì)特殊群體的情感呵護(hù)。通過(guò)這些具體措施深化大學(xué)生的自立自強(qiáng)精神的培育。
[Abstract]:College students' spirit of self-reliance and self-improvement refers to the outstanding qualities and spiritual features of college students who are independent, self-striving and self-perfecting in their study and life. This spirit is mainly embodied in three aspects: setting up lofty goal, hard struggle and independent work spirit, and actively participating in all kinds of practice and practice activities. Based on the Marxist theory on the all-round development of human beings and the main ideas of the leaders of the Party regarding the cultivation of the spirit of self-reliance and self-improvement, this paper aims at the lack of the spirit of self-reliance and self-improvement of college students at present. This paper puts forward the practical requirements of strengthening the cultivation of college students' spirit of self-reliance and self-improvement. By investigating the causes and manifestations of college students' lack of spirit of self-reliance and self-improvement, it is proposed to improve and optimize the mode of moral education in colleges and universities on the basis of adhering to the main principles of subjectivity, encouragement, permeability, and so on. The second is to create the campus culture to carry forward the spirit of self-improvement and self-reliance, the third is to optimize the social environment and family environment for the cultivation of the spirit of self-reliance and self-reliance of college students, the fourth is to strengthen the psychological guidance of college students, and the fifth is to strengthen the emotional care of special groups. Through these specific measures to deepen the cultivation of college students' spirit of self-reliance and self-improvement.
