在校大學(xué)生內(nèi)驅(qū)力影響機(jī)制及應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)的提高是教育的主要目的,而綜合素質(zhì)的提升從根本上說(shuō)是取決于大學(xué)生自我內(nèi)驅(qū)力的提高。而近幾年國(guó)內(nèi)有關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)顯示,高校大學(xué)生在提升自我綜合素質(zhì)方面,內(nèi)驅(qū)力嚴(yán)重不足,甚至有缺失的情況。因此,切實(shí)了解目前高校在校大學(xué)生內(nèi)驅(qū)力狀況,影響大學(xué)生內(nèi)驅(qū)力的關(guān)鍵影響因素,以及關(guān)鍵影響因素對(duì)內(nèi)驅(qū)力的影響機(jī)制等方面的問(wèn)題,已經(jīng)成為高校教育者越來(lái)越重視的問(wèn)題,也是國(guó)家全面提高大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)、實(shí)施科教興國(guó)戰(zhàn)略需要解決的重要問(wèn)題。 首先,本研究通過(guò)梳理歸納內(nèi)驅(qū)力的基本理論、激勵(lì)理論、自我效能感理論、群體動(dòng)力學(xué)理論,了解內(nèi)驅(qū)力的基本內(nèi)涵與應(yīng)用,并進(jìn)行了校友訪談,初步總結(jié)歸納在校大學(xué)生參與學(xué)習(xí)、社團(tuán)活動(dòng)、兼職創(chuàng)業(yè)三方面的內(nèi)驅(qū)力主要由興趣、認(rèn)知、附屬內(nèi)驅(qū)力三大類(lèi)內(nèi)驅(qū)力構(gòu)成,內(nèi)驅(qū)力影響因素涉及到社會(huì)、學(xué)校、教師、家庭、學(xué)生自身五個(gè)維度。在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行了內(nèi)驅(qū)力的內(nèi)涵界定和調(diào)查問(wèn)卷的設(shè)計(jì),進(jìn)行內(nèi)驅(qū)力變量的測(cè)量,確定調(diào)查問(wèn)卷的因變量和自變量。 接著,結(jié)合理論、文獻(xiàn)以及小樣本測(cè)試,正式設(shè)計(jì)形成了江西省本科院校在校大學(xué)生內(nèi)驅(qū)力測(cè)量的量表。通過(guò)對(duì)江西省內(nèi)5所本科高等院校,包括南昌大學(xué)、江西農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)、江西師范大學(xué)、江西財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)和南昌航空大學(xué)的1000名學(xué)生進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,獲得本研究的原始數(shù)據(jù),并運(yùn)用SPSS17.0軟件對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行信度和效度分析。通過(guò)對(duì)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷的統(tǒng)計(jì),確定高校在校學(xué)生內(nèi)驅(qū)力主要由興趣、認(rèn)知、附屬內(nèi)驅(qū)力三大類(lèi)構(gòu)成,但具體并不一致,且現(xiàn)階段內(nèi)驅(qū)力程度普遍不高;并運(yùn)用logistic模型定量分析關(guān)鍵影響因素,發(fā)現(xiàn)教師、周?chē)h(huán)境以及學(xué)生三方面因素在對(duì)學(xué)生內(nèi)驅(qū)力提升方面占了很大的比例。 然后,為了更好地進(jìn)行政策設(shè)計(jì),更全面更有效地提升在校大學(xué)生內(nèi)驅(qū)力,筆者通過(guò)系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)建模分析關(guān)鍵影響因素對(duì)內(nèi)驅(qū)力的影響機(jī)制,以及學(xué)習(xí)、參與社團(tuán)活動(dòng)、參與兼職創(chuàng)業(yè)三個(gè)內(nèi)驅(qū)力子系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行關(guān)系,確定系統(tǒng)反饋基模的杠桿解群體動(dòng)力、激勵(lì)以及學(xué)生的自我效能感,接著進(jìn)一步進(jìn)行群體動(dòng)力、激勵(lì)機(jī)制、自我效能感與內(nèi)驅(qū)力的影響反饋建模分析。 最后,在以上實(shí)證分析的基礎(chǔ)上,從社會(huì)環(huán)境、學(xué)校、家庭、教師和學(xué)生個(gè)人等5個(gè)層面提出了本研究強(qiáng)化大學(xué)生思想教育,激勵(lì)、引導(dǎo)、培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生樹(shù)立正確的精神意識(shí)的政策建議,建議營(yíng)造良好氛圍,以群體帶動(dòng)個(gè)體發(fā)展;注重激勵(lì)教育,濃郁學(xué)生興趣;注意方式方法,增強(qiáng)個(gè)人效能感;樹(shù)立個(gè)人目標(biāo),明確個(gè)人發(fā)展規(guī)劃,希望為我國(guó)的素質(zhì)教育改革提供一定的幫助,為高校提升教育質(zhì)量提供參考,同時(shí)為當(dāng)代高校大學(xué)生全面發(fā)展提供深遠(yuǎn)、穩(wěn)定、強(qiáng)大、持久的動(dòng)力。
[Abstract]:The improvement of college students' comprehensive quality is the main purpose of education, and the improvement of comprehensive quality is fundamentally dependent on the improvement of college students' self-drive. College students in the promotion of self-comprehensive quality, serious lack of internal drive, or even lack of the situation. Therefore, really understand the current situation of college students' internal drive. The key factors affecting the internal drive of college students and the influence mechanism of the key factors on the internal drive have become more and more important issues for college educators. It is also an important problem for the country to improve the comprehensive quality of college students and implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education. First of all, this study summarized the basic theory of internal drive, motivation theory, self-efficacy theory, group dynamics theory, understanding the basic connotation and application of internal drive, and conducted alumni interviews. Preliminary summary of college students involved in learning, community activities, part-time entrepreneurship three aspects of internal drive mainly by interest, cognition, subordinate driving three types of internal drive, internal drive factors related to society. School, teachers, families, students themselves five dimensions. On the basis of this, the connotation of the definition of internal drive and questionnaire design, the measurement of internal drive variables. Determine the dependent and independent variables of the questionnaire. Then, combining the theory, literature and small sample test, the formal design of Jiangxi Province undergraduate college students' internal drive measurement scale. Through the Jiangxi Province 5 undergraduate institutions of higher learning, including Nanchang University. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1000 students from Jiangxi Agricultural University, Jiangxi normal University, Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics and Nanchang Aviation University, and the original data of this study were obtained. The reliability and validity of the data are analyzed by using SPSS17.0 software. Through the statistics of the questionnaire, it is determined that the internal drive of college students is mainly composed of three categories: interest, cognition and subordinate drive. But the concrete is not consistent, and the present stage internal drive degree is generally not high; Using logistic model to analyze the key influencing factors, it is found that teachers, surroundings and students account for a large proportion in improving students' internal drive. Then, in order to better policy design, more comprehensive and more effective to enhance the internal drive of college students, the author through the system dynamics modeling analysis of the key factors affecting the internal drive mechanism, as well as learning. Participate in community activities, participate in the operating relationship of the three driving subsystems of part-time entrepreneurship, determine the leverage of the system feedback model to solve the group power, motivation and students' sense of self-efficacy, and then further carry out group motivation. Incentive mechanism, self-efficacy and internal drive impact feedback modeling analysis. Finally, on the basis of the above empirical analysis, from the social environment, school, family, teachers and students of five levels proposed to strengthen the ideological education of college students, motivation, guidance. The policy suggestion of cultivating college students to establish the correct spiritual consciousness and the suggestion to create a good atmosphere to promote the individual development by the group; Pay attention to encourage education, rich student interest; Pay attention to ways and means to enhance personal efficacy; It is hoped that the establishment of personal goals and the definition of individual development plans will provide some help for the reform of quality education in our country, a reference for improving the quality of education in colleges and universities, and a far-reaching one for the all-round development of contemporary college students.
