師范院校學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)勤奮度對(duì)主觀幸福感的影響

【摘要】:目的探討大學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)勤奮度對(duì)主觀幸福感的影響,為高校教學(xué)改革和大學(xué)生心理健康教育工作提供依據(jù)。方法采用自編的"大學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)勤奮度問(wèn)卷"和"國(guó)際大學(xué)調(diào)查(ICS中文修訂版)",評(píng)定某師范院校351名大學(xué)生的學(xué)業(yè)勤奮度與主觀幸福感。結(jié)果大學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)勤奮度的整體水平存在顯著的性別差異(t=-2.82,P0.01),女生得分高于男生;大學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)勤奮度與主觀幸福感基本上呈顯著的正相關(guān)(r總=0.351,P0.01),即學(xué)業(yè)上越勤奮的大學(xué)生,體驗(yàn)到的主觀幸福感越高;大學(xué)生高學(xué)業(yè)勤奮度組的主觀幸福感得分顯著高于低學(xué)業(yè)勤奮度組(t=3.788,P0.01)。回歸分析表明,學(xué)業(yè)勤奮度的持恒性、目標(biāo)監(jiān)控2個(gè)因子對(duì)總體主觀幸福感具有顯著的直接預(yù)測(cè)作用(P值均0.01),任務(wù)承諾、時(shí)間投入2個(gè)因子對(duì)總體主觀幸福感具有顯著的間接預(yù)測(cè)作用(P值均0.05)。結(jié)論學(xué)業(yè)勤奮度是影響主觀幸福感的重要因素,可以通過(guò)提高大學(xué)生的學(xué)業(yè)勤奮程度來(lái)增強(qiáng)其主觀幸福感。
