基于《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》的地方高師師范生教育技術(shù)能力培養(yǎng)研究

【摘要】: 教育部分別于2004.12.和2005.7頒布了《中小學(xué)教師教育技術(shù)能力標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(試行)》(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)《標(biāo)》或《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》)和《中小學(xué)教學(xué)人員(初級(jí))教育技術(shù)能力培訓(xùn)大綱》(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)為《大綱》)!稑(biāo)準(zhǔn)》實(shí)施的重點(diǎn)為在職中小學(xué)教師。普通高師院校尤其是地方高師院校師范生是中小學(xué)教師的主要來(lái)源,師范生的教育技術(shù)能力水平將直接影響中小學(xué)素質(zhì)教育質(zhì)量。故本研究認(rèn)為它們不僅僅是在職教師培訓(xùn)的指南,更是高師尤其是地方高師教育技術(shù)能力培養(yǎng)的藍(lán)本。在研究《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》的基礎(chǔ)上,本研究從高師院校師范生教育技術(shù)能力培養(yǎng)為出發(fā)點(diǎn),結(jié)合目前師范生的教育技術(shù)能力現(xiàn)狀,通過(guò)調(diào)查分析,找出師范生教育技術(shù)能力與《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》的差距;通過(guò)對(duì)教育技術(shù)公共課的現(xiàn)狀分析,提出了以《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》為導(dǎo)向,從完善培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、教材與《大綱》相結(jié)合等方面對(duì)課程體系進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),規(guī)范教育技術(shù)公共課,旨在培養(yǎng)和提高師范生的教育技術(shù)能力。嘗試提出師范生教學(xué)技能的培養(yǎng)中與師范生教育技術(shù)能力的培養(yǎng)同步,并最終達(dá)到理論知識(shí)、教育技術(shù)能力和教育智慧培養(yǎng)有機(jī)統(tǒng)一的設(shè)想。
[Abstract]:The Ministry of Education was held on April 12, 2004. And 2005.7 promulgated the Standard of Educational Technology ability of Primary and Middle School Teachers (trial) (hereinafter referred to as "Standard" or "Standard") and the training outline of Educational Technology ability of Primary and Middle School Teachers (Primary and Middle School) (hereinafter referred to as "Standard" or "Standard"). The implementation of the Standard focuses on serving primary and secondary school teachers. Normal college students, especially local normal colleges and universities, are the main sources of primary and secondary school teachers. The level of educational technology ability of normal college students will directly affect the quality of quality education in primary and secondary schools. Therefore, this study holds that they are not only the guidelines for in-service teacher training, but also the blueprint for the cultivation of educational technology ability in teachers colleges, especially in local teachers colleges. On the basis of the study of the Standard, this study starts from the cultivation of the educational technology ability of the normal university students, combined with the present situation of the educational technology ability of the normal university students, and through investigation and analysis, Find out the gap between the educational technology ability of normal school students and the standard; Based on the analysis of the present situation of the public course of educational technology, this paper puts forward the systematic design of the curriculum system from the aspects of perfecting the training goal, combining the teaching material with the outline, and standardizing the public course of educational technology under the guidance of "Standard". The purpose of this paper is to cultivate and improve the educational and technical ability of normal school students. This paper tries to put forward the idea that the cultivation of teaching skills of normal students should be synchronized with the cultivation of educational technology ability of normal students, and finally the cultivation of theoretical knowledge, educational technology ability and educational wisdom should be unified organically.
