高校教師應對方式在職業(yè)壓力與主觀幸福感之間的作用研究

【摘要】:采用大學教師工作壓力量表,簡易應對方式問卷,總體幸福感量表對382名高校教師進行了研究。探討應對方式是否對工作壓力與主觀幸福感的關系有調(diào)節(jié)作用。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)應對方式對工作壓力和主觀幸福感之間的關系具有減弱的調(diào)節(jié)作用。具體來看,消極應對對工作保障和主觀幸福感之間的負向關系起到了減弱的調(diào)節(jié)作用。積極應對對人際關系壓力和主觀幸福感之間的負向關系起到了減弱的調(diào)節(jié)作用。
[Abstract]:A total of 382 college teachers were investigated with the work stress scale, the simple coping style questionnaire and the overall happiness scale. To explore whether coping style can regulate the relationship between work stress and subjective well-being. The results showed that coping style had a weakening effect on the relationship between work stress and subjective well-being. Specifically, the negative relationship between job security and subjective well-being is moderated by negative coping. Positive coping plays an important role in moderating the negative relationship between interpersonal stress and subjective well-being.
