【摘要】：公立院校一直是引領(lǐng)美國高等網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育潮流的主體和中間力量,而公立院校教師對待網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)的觀點(diǎn)和態(tài)度則會(huì)直接影響到網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)的質(zhì)量和學(xué)生滿意度。本文在對"APLU-Sloan"全美網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)委員會(huì)2009年8月發(fā)布的最新調(diào)查報(bào)告進(jìn)行分析和評述的基礎(chǔ)上,呼吁必須將網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)納入所在院校長期發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,必須使院校的高層管理者從戰(zhàn)略層面對網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)給予足夠的重視,才能夠走出網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)發(fā)展目前所面臨的高原期,從整體上提高網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)的質(zhì)量和水平。
[Abstract]:Public colleges have always been the main body and intermediate force leading the trend of American higher network education, and the views and attitudes of teachers in public colleges and universities towards network teaching will directly affect the quality of network teaching and students' satisfaction. Based on the analysis and review of the latest survey report published by the "APLU-Sloan" National Committee on online Learning in August 2009, this paper calls for the inclusion of e-learning in the long-term strategic planning of colleges and universities. The senior managers of colleges and universities must pay enough attention to the network teaching from the strategic level in order to get out of the plateau period of the development of network teaching and improve the quality and level of the network teaching as a whole.
