【摘要】：正良好的程序是好制度的有機組成部分,也是好制度得以形成和運行的根本。程序正義是指制度在制定和適用中的程序具有正當(dāng)性,主要體現(xiàn)于程序的運作過程中。程序正義的特征主要包括完善性、公開性、參與性、平等性等。
[Abstract]:A good procedure is an organic part of a good system, and also the basis for the formation and operation of a good system. Procedural justice refers to the legitimacy of the procedure in the establishment and application of the system, which is mainly embodied in the operation of the procedure. The characteristics of procedural justice include perfection, openness, participation, equality and so on.
