【摘要】：進(jìn)城農(nóng)民工子女的教育是眾多有關(guān)農(nóng)民工問題中的焦點(diǎn)。目前,在國家和社會各界的廣泛關(guān)注下,以2001年發(fā)布的"兩為主"政策精神為依托,雖然進(jìn)城農(nóng)民工子女的教育問題得到了很大程度上的改善,但實(shí)際情況仍然不容樂觀。那么,為何"兩為主"政策在全國范圍內(nèi)施行多年后,依然有如此大量的進(jìn)城農(nóng)民工子女在教育問題上面臨著無法超越的困境?政策執(zhí)行上的困難和偏差是導(dǎo)致進(jìn)城農(nóng)民工子女教育產(chǎn)生困境的主要原因。
[Abstract]:The education of the children of migrant workers in cities is the focus of many problems related to migrant workers. At present, under the widespread concern of the country and all walks of life, relying on the spirit of the "two main" policy issued in 2001, although the educational problems of the children of migrant workers in cities have been greatly improved, the actual situation is still not optimistic. So, why are there still so many children of migrant workers in cities who are facing the dilemma that can not be surmounted after the "two main" policy has been implemented in the whole country for many years? The difficulties and deviations in the implementation of the policy are the main reasons for the difficulties in the education of the children of migrant workers in cities.
