【摘要】： 基礎(chǔ)教育信息化為基礎(chǔ)教育的發(fā)展提供了契機(jī),為基礎(chǔ)教育的改革注入了活力。了解基礎(chǔ)教育信息化的真實(shí)現(xiàn)狀,挖掘發(fā)展中存在的問題,尋求適合基礎(chǔ)教育信息化發(fā)展的路線,對(duì)于基礎(chǔ)教育改革和發(fā)展具有重要意義。筆者本著促進(jìn)本溪地區(qū)基礎(chǔ)教育信息化健康發(fā)展的初衷,展開了對(duì)本溪市基礎(chǔ)教育信息化的研究和探討。本文采用文獻(xiàn)研究法、問卷調(diào)查及訪談等研究方法,結(jié)合筆者的工作實(shí)踐,了解了本溪市基礎(chǔ)教育信息化的現(xiàn)狀,探究發(fā)展中存在的問題,并通過對(duì)問題的分析,提出了發(fā)展策略,以期對(duì)本溪市基礎(chǔ)教育信息化進(jìn)一步發(fā)展提供參考。 論文共分為五個(gè)部分:第一部分為緒論,詳細(xì)闡述了本論文的研究背景與意義、國內(nèi)外教育信息化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、研究內(nèi)容和方法、并對(duì)相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了界定。第二部分為本溪市基礎(chǔ)教育信息化發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查,主要從硬件基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施與資源建設(shè)、教師教育技術(shù)能力及應(yīng)用、信息技術(shù)課程開設(shè)及其與課程整合、教育信息化管理四個(gè)方面客觀地描述了本溪市基礎(chǔ)教育信息化建設(shè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。第三部分為本溪市基礎(chǔ)教育信息化建設(shè)存在的問題分析,主要從教育教學(xué)觀念及管理體制、硬件基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)及教學(xué)資源建設(shè)、教師教育技術(shù)能力建設(shè)、信息技術(shù)課程教學(xué)、信息技術(shù)與課程整合、人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)六個(gè)方面分析了本溪市基礎(chǔ)教育信息化存在的問題。第四部分提出了本溪市基礎(chǔ)教育信息化發(fā)展的策略。主要從教育教學(xué)觀念、資金投入、教育信息化管理、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)和教學(xué)資源建設(shè)、教師教育技術(shù)能力建設(shè)、提高學(xué)生素養(yǎng)、信息技術(shù)與課程整合、人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)八個(gè)方面提出了發(fā)展策略。第五部分為總結(jié),希望本文的研究能夠給其他同類地區(qū)基礎(chǔ)教育信息化的發(fā)展提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:The informatization of basic education provides an opportunity for the development of basic education and injects vitality into the reform of basic education. It is of great significance for the reform and development of basic education to understand the real situation of basic education informatization, dig out the problems existing in the development of basic education, and seek a route suitable for the development of basic education informatization. Based on the original intention of promoting the healthy development of basic education informatization in Benxi area, the author studies and discusses the informatization of basic education in Benxi city. This paper adopts the methods of literature research, questionnaire investigation and interview, combining with the author's work practice, to understand the present situation of basic education informatization in Benxi City, to explore the problems existing in the development, and to analyze the problems through the analysis of the problems. The development strategy is put forward in order to provide reference for the further development of basic education informatization in Benxi city. The paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction, the research background and significance of this paper, the current situation of the development of educational information at home and abroad, the research content and methods, and the definition of related concepts. The second part is the investigation of the current situation of basic education information development in Benxi, mainly from hardware infrastructure and resource construction, teachers' educational technology ability and application, information technology curriculum offering and its integration with curriculum. Four aspects of educational information management objectively describe the development of basic education information construction in Benxi. The third part is the analysis of the problems existing in the information construction of basic education in Benxi, mainly from the view of education and teaching and management system, the construction of hardware infrastructure and teaching resources, the construction of teachers' educational technology capacity, and the teaching of information technology courses. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the informatization of basic education in Benxi City in six aspects of the integration of information technology and curriculum and the construction of talent team. The fourth part puts forward the development strategy of basic education informatization in Benxi city. Mainly from the education and teaching concept, capital investment, education information management, infrastructure construction and teaching resources construction, teachers' educational technology capacity building, improving students' literacy, information technology and curriculum integration, The development strategy is put forward in eight aspects of the construction of talent team. The fifth part is a summary, hoping that the research of this paper can provide reference for the development of basic education informatization in other similar regions.
