21世紀塞拉利昂基礎教育體系研究

【摘要】:教育涉面很廣,與許多其它很多部門都有聯(lián)系,教育改革則是一個對整個教育體系帶來系統(tǒng)化改變的過程,其中課程的發(fā)展和教育體系的運行是最經常的改革目標。本文的目標是評估和分析21世紀塞拉利昂的基本教育體系和教育改革,研究6-3-3-4教育體系中從小學到初中的9年制義務教育和2004教育法案,闡述千年發(fā)展計劃中旨在完成100%的小學教育目標所帶來的機會和挑戰(zhàn),研究不同類型教育課程設置的質量以及學生在該課程體系中的表現(xiàn)。論文研究的重點包括分析不同性別的表現(xiàn)、學生的經濟能力以及對社會的影響,分析小學階段和初中階段不同性別、不同識字能力水平所占的比例,評價政府的教育政策和改革措施,并將這些政策的實施與世界銀行發(fā)表的國家經濟水平報告相對照。論文研究認為,教育將是打開塞拉利昂通向文明與繁榮的鑰匙。
[Abstract]:Educational reform is a process that brings systematic change to the whole education system. The development of curriculum and the operation of educational system are the most frequent reform objectives. The objective of this paper is to assess and analyse the basic education system and educational reform in Sierra Leone in the 21st century, and to study the 9-year compulsory education and the 2004 Education Act in the 6-3-3-4 education system from primary to junior high school. This paper expounds the opportunities and challenges brought by the Millennium Development Plan aimed at achieving the 100% primary education target, and studies the quality of different types of education curriculum and the students' performance in the curriculum system. The research focuses on the analysis of gender performance, students' economic ability and their impact on society, and the proportion of different gender and literacy levels in primary and junior middle school. Evaluate the government's educational policies and reform measures and compare their implementation with the World Bank's national economic level report. The paper argues that education will be the key to civilization and prosperity in Sierra Leone.
