【摘要】：美國(guó)教育評(píng)估活動(dòng)經(jīng)歷上百年發(fā)展后已形成至少20多種評(píng)估模型以及多樣化的評(píng)估標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。元評(píng)估來(lái)源于評(píng)估,又促進(jìn)了評(píng)估的發(fā)展與完善。JCSEE方案評(píng)估標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和AEA評(píng)估人員指導(dǎo)原則是目前常用的元評(píng)估標(biāo)準(zhǔn),Scriven、Stake和Stufflebeam提出的評(píng)估模型為元評(píng)估提供了指導(dǎo),對(duì)它們的分析和比較給我們以啟示,即在實(shí)踐中發(fā)展、評(píng)估標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與元評(píng)估標(biāo)準(zhǔn)沒(méi)有嚴(yán)格區(qū)分、強(qiáng)調(diào)利益相關(guān)者的利益與公眾需要、非政府性與多樣化。
[Abstract]:After more than one hundred years of development, American educational assessment activities have formed at least 20 kinds of evaluation models and diversified evaluation criteria. Meta-assessment comes from evaluation, and promotes the development and improvement of evaluation. JCSEE scheme evaluation standard and AEA evaluator guidelines are the commonly used meta-evaluation criteria. The evaluation model proposed by Scrivenstake and Stufflebeam provides guidance for meta-assessment. The analysis and comparison of them enlighten us, that is, in practice, there is no strict distinction between the evaluation standard and the meta-evaluation standard, and emphasis is placed on the interests of stakeholders and public needs, non-governmental nature and diversification.
