健康促進學校對醫(yī)學生心理健康的干預效果評價

【摘要】:目的探討健康促進學校對防制醫(yī)科類大學生心理健康問題的有效性,為開展學生心理健康干預工作提供參考。方法選取合肥市某醫(yī)科類高校某學院2008級所有在校新生為干預對象,通過實施為期1 a的健康促進學;顒,采用大學生人格問卷(UPI)評價干預前后醫(yī)學生心理健康問題。結果共獲得有效隨訪207人,有效隨訪率為94.5%;干預后,UPI所篩查出的Ⅰ類問題檢出率由干預前的10.2%降至5.3%,Ⅱ類問題檢出率由干預前的24.6%降至16.4%,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P值均0.05);UPI總均分、抑郁傾向和神經癥傾向評分均為干預后低于干預前,且差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P值均0.05)。結論健康促進學?梢越档歪t(yī)學生的心理問題檢出率,提高醫(yī)學生的心理健康水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effectiveness of health promotion schools on mental health problems of medical students, and to provide reference for students' mental health intervention.
