【摘要】：目的探討健康促進學校對防制醫(yī)科類大學生心理健康問題的有效性,為開展學生心理健康干預工作提供參考。方法選取合肥市某醫(yī)科類高校某學院2008級所有在校新生為干預對象,通過實施為期1 a的健康促進學�；顒�,采用大學生人格問卷(UPI)評價干預前后醫(yī)學生心理健康問題。結果共獲得有效隨訪207人,有效隨訪率為94.5%;干預后,UPI所篩查出的Ⅰ類問題檢出率由干預前的10.2%降至5.3%,Ⅱ類問題檢出率由干預前的24.6%降至16.4%,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P值均0.05);UPI總均分、抑郁傾向和神經癥傾向評分均為干預后低于干預前,且差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P值均0.05)。結論健康促進學�？梢越档歪t(yī)學生的心理問題檢出率,提高醫(yī)學生的心理健康水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effectiveness of health promotion schools on mental health problems of medical students, and to provide reference for students' mental health intervention. Methods all the freshmen of grade 2008 of a medical college in Hefei were selected as intervention objects.
