“啃老族”思想政治教育問題初探

【摘要】: “啃老族”并非中國特有的現(xiàn)象,具有鮮明的全球特征,但作為我國社會轉(zhuǎn)型時期和社會結(jié)構(gòu)變化過程中出現(xiàn)的新興產(chǎn)物,又帶有強烈的中國特色!翱欣献濉钡某霈F(xiàn),不僅沖擊了中國傳統(tǒng)的家庭倫理,還給家庭和社會帶來壓力以及負(fù)擔(dān)。隨著“啃老族”群體的逐年擴(kuò)大,“啃老”已經(jīng)從一種家庭現(xiàn)象逐漸變成了社會問題,并且產(chǎn)生了一定的負(fù)面效應(yīng):對社會穩(wěn)定與社會和諧的潛在威脅,樹立消極典范、影響傳統(tǒng)美德的傳承和發(fā)揚,造成資源的浪費和國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的損失等等。由于家庭和學(xué)校教育環(huán)境的不足使“啃老族”的人生觀和價值觀存在偏差,日益激烈的社會競爭增大了“啃老族”的生活壓力,傳統(tǒng)價值觀的淡化導(dǎo)致“啃老族”的道德約束力弱化,以及“啃老族”本身所存在的種種問題,都使他們在短時間內(nèi)難以走出“啃老”的困境。 “啃老族”問題是多方面的原因綜合作用的結(jié)果,所以,解決這個問題需要家庭、學(xué)校、社會和政府機構(gòu)的多方聯(lián)動。通過改善思想政治教育的家庭環(huán)境、學(xué)校環(huán)境和社會環(huán)境,既可以解決已成事實的“啃老族”的思想和觀念問題,又能從根源上起到防患未然的作用;將思想政治教育與改善就業(yè)環(huán)境、拓寬就業(yè)渠道、完善保障制度等解決“啃老族”實際困難的舉措結(jié)合起來,能達(dá)到事半功倍的效果;加大各宣傳渠道對社會主義榮辱觀和傳統(tǒng)美德的教育、宣傳力度,引導(dǎo)青少年形成正確的社會主義道德觀;借鑒外國對類似群體的教育經(jīng)驗,創(chuàng)新我們的思想政治教育工作。
[Abstract]:Boomerang is not a unique phenomenon in China and has a distinct global character. However, as a new product in the period of social transformation and the change of social structure, it also has strong Chinese characteristics. The appearance of boomerang not only impacts Chinese traditional family ethics, but also brings pressure and burden to family and society. With the expansion of the "boomerang" group year by year, "gnawing" has gradually become a social problem from a family phenomenon, and has produced certain negative effects: a potential threat to social stability and social harmony, and set a negative example. Influence the inheritance and development of traditional virtues, resulting in waste of resources and loss of national economy and so on. Because of the deficiency of the family and school education environment, the "boomerang" family has deviated from their outlook on life and values, and the increasingly fierce social competition has increased the living pressure of the "boomerang". The weakening of the traditional values leads to the weakening of the moral binding force of the "Neet" and the problems of the "Neet" itself, which make it difficult for them to get out of the dilemma of "gnawing" in a short period of time. The "boomerang" problem is the result of a combination of multiple causes, so solving the problem requires the interaction of families, schools, society and government agencies. By improving the family environment, school environment and social environment of ideological and political education, we can not only solve the problem of thinking and concept of the "boomerang", but also play a preventive role from the root. Combining ideological and political education with improving employment environment, widening employment channels, perfecting security system and other measures to solve the practical difficulties of "boomerang", can achieve twice the result with half the effort; We should increase the education of socialist concept of honor and disgrace and traditional virtues through various propaganda channels, guide young people to form a correct socialist moral outlook, learn from the educational experience of similar groups in foreign countries, and innovate our ideological and political education work.
