【摘要】："課堂走課"以非正式課堂訪視與觀察,建立校長(zhǎng)和其他行政人員與教師在教學(xué)上的聯(lián)系,進(jìn)而通過(guò)交流與研討實(shí)現(xiàn)共享的教學(xué)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。"課堂走課"基于信任的合作關(guān)系、能力提升的培訓(xùn)制度與分享機(jī)制,通過(guò)確定觀察焦點(diǎn)、不間斷的觀察與記錄以及交流與反思的課后討論,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)校教學(xué)實(shí)踐的不斷改進(jìn)和教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展。"課堂走課"的有效實(shí)現(xiàn)還需要學(xué)校行政人員與教師建立合作對(duì)話的氛圍,并在保證"走課"時(shí)間的基礎(chǔ)上科學(xué)處理收集到的資料以共同作出教學(xué)決定。
[Abstract]:"classroom walking" is an informal classroom interview and observation to establish the relationship between principals and other administrators and teachers in teaching, and then to achieve shared teaching leadership through communication and discussion. " Class walking "the cooperative relationship based on trust, the training system and sharing mechanism of ability enhancement, through the determination of observation focus, continuous observation and record, communication and reflection of the after-class discussion," Finally, the continuous improvement of school teaching practice and the professional development of teachers are realized. " The effective realization of class walking also requires school administrators and teachers to establish an atmosphere of cooperation and dialogue, and scientifically deal with the collected information on the basis of ensuring the time of "leaving class" in order to make teaching decisions together.
